Love the napkins....Christmas tree is adorable ....decorated with plastic forks and knives.... breakfast was great and reasonably priced. Order the sausage! Will definitely be back. Friendly staff. Found a new gem in Dillard!

Went in this morning to have breakfast with my son. The table is attached to the wall and was about to fall off. Well dont lean on it. We sat and 2 other families and one couple came in after us and sat down they were given menus and drinks we were not even said hello to. We got up and walked out to never return again. I would normally recommend Annetts to people that are visiting the Dillard area but never again.

Good priced home cookin'! Definitely recommend stopping in. It's in the corner area of shopping center so you may miss the sign, but they have a fairly large menu to choose from. We had the country fried steak sandwhich + green beans & grilled chicken xlub sandwhich + fried orka.

Amazing place. The food is delicious. The staff are always so helpful. We stop every time we come through. Highly recommend!!
