Annette's Cafe

Two things I will be dreaming about from Annette's:

1. Cheesy grits. Add salt & pepper, stir, eat, and then walk around with a smile on your face for the rest of the day. 😊
2. Taters! Real, cooked perfectly. So many places just don't get taters right but Annette's definitely does.

Everything else we tried was great, too. The locals eat here if that tells you anything. The two servers are friendly but down to business when they're busy. The lady in the kitchen is no nonsense...no delay allowed in picking up the food she puts in the window! I caught her out of the kitchen this morning and boy did her face light up when I told her how much I love her food. This is a great little place to eat good home cooking, large portions, great price.

The staff are very friendly and caring. Alot of locals eat here. But the staff and locals make you feel like you live there. Great food and awesome southern charm.

Even being short on staff we were given service with style. And the food was great with huge portions.

WHOLE IN THE WALL, my favorite kind of restaurant. I had the special for the day. Meatloaf which was very tasty. Mashed potatoes and salad. For desert, Blackberry Cobbler. All for $8.99.

Hot food, good coffee. We went for breakfast twice during our stay in the area. The service is fast and they keep the restaurant clean.

Our server had us all laughing and he did an excellent job serving us. The food was very good. I had the pancakes with eggs and bacon. Definitely will go again next time we are in that area!

A gem! Hidden in plain site! Annette's Cafe has great selections and low prices! And the best part of it is the food. American home-style selections with 4 or 5 🌟 quality, cooked after you order. I had the country steak with mashed potatoes, green beans and corn with coconut pie for desert! Yummy 😋!

Reviews brought us in on our way home to Florida from the Smokies. The food is amazing. The pancakes are huge crispy outside and fluffy inside. Biscuits are soft and the sausage gravy is the best I have had.

Unbelievable breakfast! Beyond reasonable prices and more food than you could ask for. Great staff that works together, your cup never gets empty. Must go to!
