Henry's Restaurant

Henry's has been in the same location serving great food for years. The Friday night buffet is wonderful with a large variety of hot perfectly cooked food. From crab legs and oyster stew to the homemade deserts it was all great food (hats off to the chef). The service staff was very attentive to all our needs. We will definitely be back. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

An amazing little find! You pull in and walk in and it just seems like a hole in the wall and when they told us the price we were a taken aback. But after eating, wow it was worth every penny and more! The prime rib was incredible, melt in your mouth. Everything at the buffet was excellent. Desserts were to die for. The service was impeccable. We are two states away and we will be back.

My wife and I ate there today Sunday 12-08-2019. Buffet was very good, salad bar too, and excellent desserts. I must say the fried chicken was some of the best I've ever had. Waist staff was very very friendly and prices for the Sunday buffet at $14 cash was very reasonable.

Amazing buffet with the best southern home cooking. From fried chicken and fried green tomatoes to home made desserts. They have something for everyone.

We were headed over to the Dillards House for lunch, but because of time we stopped at Henry's. So glad we did. It was cheaper and I must say since some of the best fried chicken we have ever had - next to Mom's. All you can eat with a wide variety of veggies - plus a nice salad bar. Fried chicken and BBQ were the meats available. BBQ was pretty good as well. Desserts are all homemade - had the lemon pie. Would stop again. Enjoy

Great food and the service is very friendly. The buffet is small but it's classic southern comfort food. Locals really love this place and it's always a good sign when you entering and patron leaving says "you're in for a treat." My only complaint is the price, it's 11 bucks per person and that doesn't include a drink. I don't think it would be crazy to have it be 9.95 or something and that's simple because the buffet is not large.

Nice friendly little family restaurant. Very good country style cooking. Price is extremely reasonable. Service was quick friendly and knowledgeable. You will enjoy eating here.

Very small buffet. Green beans taste straight out of a can. Food isn't bad but not worth paying what I would pay at Golden Corral. Staff is very nice and I did like the crab cake, but I won't be back.

Finally after passing this restaurant for at least 10 years on my thru Clayton to Franklin NC we stopped in. Now when I say we stopped in we drove down from Franklin for lunch and were not disappointed. Because of covid-19 it's cafeteria style now. They serve you from behind plexiglass and be careful it's all good home cooking and it's ala-carte. Standard plate is a meat two veggies and a bread. A drink is a buck so total your around $8.00. But like I said it all looks so good you can get carried away by adding extra veggies and meat. It's well worth it if you have the appetite for all the extras you add. It's family run and you feel it soon as you walk in with a warm welcome and the local chatter going on with the other patrons as well. It sits back a little from the highway so have a scout with you to spot them. So should you stop in well No if you do not like home cooking and prefer fast food. However need a smile and a hot meal by all means stop by and relax and enjoy. 😁

Place sucked. Way over price for the buffet. Cost $32 for two people to eat mediocre food at best. Service was terrible. No one ever even came back to check on us to see how we were doing. Following day went to Mama G's Italian restaurant, had the best meal. For two. And it was only $26. You need to step your game up Harry's
