Excellent Cakes!!

Overall: they have a really unique menu and are known for their cuban sandwiches, but we just stopped to grab some of the bundt cakes and very happy we did! Dropped in and got our order quick. Would love to return to sample some more of their items.

Cakes: EXCELLENT! We got two of their small cakes, one original and the other pina colada flavor. They are so very good. Moist, tasty, and perfect balance of sweetness.

Service: dropped in and got two of their cakes with helpful service in a quick, efficient manner.

Value: small cakes cost $5 a piece, so the value is good for what you get.

Summary: Amazing, flavorful cakes!!

Place is a shed/trailer with little parking. Waited over an hour to get food that was not what I ordered. Cuban sandwich was not like any I have ever had. Probably good for the area but not like Florida Cubans. Expensive. Best part of the meal were the potato chips I purchased from the gas station next door.

Best rum cakes around. The pastries are delicious, my favorite so far is the Limoncello rum cake. If you get a chance to go, also try the spinach pastry. We got there late and they waited for us (we called ahead). It's about an hour drive from where I am but totally worth the drive.

Love this lady and her place...a true gem of Blue Ridge!! Everything is always so fresh and delicious and prices are affordable for all! Shelby helped me with some Christmas party items and she was so sweet and the best help! Love that they have half and mini rum cakes! Helps when you can't decide on just one! See y'all again soon! ❤️

The Rum Cakes are AMAZING! Travel here most times in in GA. My favorite is Limoncello! However, Red Velvet, Salted Caramel Chocolate and Pumpkin (during season) are also deeelicious!

This place is small but packs a big punch! Everything is made fresh and of good quality. We tried the ham croquettes and guava cream cheese pastries are so tasty. The sandwiches are of good size and are definitely filling. Bought some Cuban coffee that were excited to try. Small seating area adjacent to the store front.

Great place for a Cuban sandwich....Miami or Tampa version. Both great. Rustic atmosphere, but great food. Very friendly staff. Limoncello Rum cake is great.

We came up for Memorial Day weekend and was pleasantly surprised to find this gem. I’m gluten free and was ecstatic on all the wonderful options. I tried the spicy chicken and pork tamales with a side of beans and rice and everything was delicious. The sandwiches offered GF bread, the bowls, and many of the sweets and cakes were gluten free as well. I wish I could’ve tried everything but that just means we’ll have to make another trip to return to this cute little town.

Wow! Just wow! The food and the hospitality here were 5 stars 🌟 🤩 I would 100% recommend visiting this joint. I ate the Big Pan Con bistec and had a Cuba libre rum cake and it knocked off my socks.
