Kaldi's Coffee

This place is lovely. Great place to work at or just hang out. Outdoor seating available. The staff was also super nice.

The coffee is gross, I got an iced americano and it’s probably the worst I have ever had. The workers have no clue what they are doing and don’t care about who or what they are serving. They are rude and the product is gross.

I love these guys! The coffee is really good, and the staff know how to make a cappuccino! I like their treats too. They could do with some more savory options, maybe a sandwich cabinet... but they rock.

The employees are careless. While ordering the cashier confirmed there will be no milk in hot chocolate. But there was whole milk in it which I realised much later.

Smoothie half blended, overpriced, under filled, impatient staff. Tastes okay though this two stars

The first time I went there I waited in line for 35 minutes. They messed up my drink that I paid 7+ dollars for so I waited another 5 minutes so they could remake it. I was extremely disappointed in the quality. I don’t know why a cup the size of a Starbucks small is more than the price of a Starbucks large of the same exact beverage at this coffee place. I don’t know who’s idea it was to put this place in the library but I truly feel bad for those students who need caffeine, while struggling for money.

I just got my coffee from Tiara and the other lady she was working with, I didn't catch her name. Though I've always had good experiences with Khaldi's, Tiara and her coworker made the experience truly exceptional with their charisma and customer service (kindly letting me know that they were out of what I wanted and were proactive in giving good and thoughtful recommendations).

Limited options that are all expensive but can't beat the convenience of grabbing a quick coffee on the way to the class. 🤷‍♂️

I asked for an Americano with a splash of oat milk. The barista tried said "A Latte!?" Which is incorrect. An Americano is espresso with water. I essentially wanted the oat milk as creamer. Terrible baristas who don't understand basic coffee orders. they insisted that it was a latte and the other barista agreed. A latte has no water in it. Standard lattes are two shots of espresso and the rest of the cup is filled with milk. Ridiculous coffee shop managed and staffed by people who obviously do not know coffee even is. They didn't even make the latte well. Terrible shop all around.

Nitro cold brew some of the worst I’ve had and ridiculously expensive. $5.37 for a 8oz cup.
