We needed a coffee fix before jumping on MARTA to head back to the airport. There were no caribou or Starbucks on our walk, but there was a Jittery Joe's. It is located in the lobby of the Ritz Hotel, which is a dimly lit and almost cavelike. The coffee at Jittery Joe's is worth seeking it out. Their menu is limited, but if you ask for something different, they are very kind about making it. The pastries are fresh and tasty also.

This is a coffee shop so we came for coffee after dinner only to learn that they stop serving coffee at 7pm. They close at 10pm.. just don’t understand the need to shut down 3hrs prior to closing. It’s the only reason we came in.

Nor do they have a public restroom which is super inconvenient for my father who has problems walking long distances.

The only reason I gave two stars is because it’s a decent market style shop. but no coffee..

Coffee was fine. They seemed to be out of everything to make any of their signature Joe's. Also wanted a cup of water, they only have bottled, fine...they were out of bottled water.

Seems like management needs to make some supply runs.

This coffee shop is in the lobby of the lovely ritz Carlton! All the staff I encountered there were very nice except the lady working at the coffee kiosk! She was rude to the point I felt uncomfortable. I would not return based on her strange attitude when serving me. Coffee was ok but for 5 dollars for a drink a smile would be nice for customers. Will go somewhere else for my coffee in future!

It was really late and near closing when we went in. The young man behind the counter was very kind to fix our three lattes. He could've done like another place I had gone to and said sorry we're closed but he didn't. Thank you very much. I recommend coming here. Hope to come back one day.

This place is pretty good, but seems limited due to its size and location. This coffee shop is located inside of a hotel building and is therefore not visible from the street or sidewalk. The storefront itself is tucked away in a corner of the hotel lobby and not easy to find. It seems to limited to one employee per shift. The options here are limited to coffee and only some food items.

Coffee is just ok nothing great. Pastries were feeling like day old ones, very stale and not fresh. Visited about a year ago and it was much better. Sitting area is nice because it's in the Ritz and they have a reputation to up hold. I'd visit for a quiet place to have a run of the mill coffee and relax a bit from what ever is going on in life at that moment.

Went because of the Zagat rating and reviews. Mediocre iced coffee. No cold brew. Waste of time walking here to get it.

I like the place and the coffee was awesome. Only reason, why I am giving a 3 start is due to a rude sever that was helping us. Keirston had a very bad attitude and was not helpful, when asking about the menu. When asking questions she was being very rude.

Nitro coffee was great, English muffin breakfast sandwich was downright atrocious. Eerily chewy, says it comes with cheddar cheese but the shine of it leads me to believe it is American cheese. Taylor ham felt undercooked also
