Trying find parking is ridiculous. It’s only like 12 parking spots, you have to pay to park, and 9/10 you’ll be fighting other cars trying to beat them in a spot!! It’s a great concept to have a coffee shop on a river, but definitely not INSIDE OF AN APARTMENT COMPLEX!!! Could be a good experience if it wasn’t so difficult to get in.
Edit in response to the company:I’ve been to that location…. Actually used to live at the apartments and in no way does the scenery compare. Is it on the river… yes but the scenery is significantly different. We all know this location is the preferred location because of the scenery.

This coffee spot is in a gorgeous location inside an apartment complex overlooking the river. The gate code is displayed next to the keypad when you pull up to enter. Staff was really nice and helpful and the atmosphere is so chill! Just good vibes all around.

The coffee is good and so is the scenery! Caution - not open on weekends and there is a two hour limit for parking and its $5 to park. This place frequently shows up on lists for best places to go work or study but due to the limited access I am rating it a three as its not the best place to do so. Also, parking is an additional $5 which isn't worth it. Come for coffee with a friend or family but not a place to come frequently - might as well go to other accessible coffee places for better convenience and comfort.

My favorite coffee spot in the world!!❤️ I am a resident at Walton and love to come in the coffee house at any time, multiple times a week to study. All the baristas are such great friendly people, they always put the best music and do my drinks on point. The view and coziness is unlike anything in Atlanta. Plus coffee, tea and pastries are delicious. So happy to have this place right here in the complex :)

The coffee and location is beautiful but the residential community in which it's situated is definitely ridiculous. If you want to work here for more than 2 hours, I would NOT come to this location. They are very strict about being here for two hours and the leasing office is not open to paying for more parking. I had to interrupt a meeting I was in to leave to avoid getting a ticket.

The best place to sit outside and work or catch up with a friend, grab a cup of coffee and sit by the river and relax

Coffee was amazing. It actually tasted like a proper coffee freshly brewed. It did have a nice punch and was completely enjoyable. It was a very nice view of the river, even in a rainy day like the day I went there

The place is 5 stars beautiful. HOWEVER, it gets only 2 stars from me because:
1. Cappuccino was bad (coffee tasted burnt)
2. No internet connection (really??)
3. BIGGEST DEAL for me: you have to pay for parking and you CAN ONLY STAY FOR TWO HOURS (and it is not cheap: $5.00 parking fee! And not much flexibility)
So, if you, like me, wanted to go to a nice café to have some time out of the chaos of the house and of a toddler and get some work done forget about it. In 2 hours you can barely get settled, and between the $5 of parking and $8 of (BAD) cappuccino and a small danish IT IS NOT WORTH IT.

Absolutely gorgeous place to work, to have coffee and enjoy nature. you can drink coffee and sit & watch the river. i gave it 4 stars because i fell the Manu is poor and the parking is a nightmare. but totally worth it!

One of the best coffee shops by far in the area. Their location is just wonderful and because they are right by the river the views can be amazing and relaxing. In reality your visit here will be anything you want it to be. Just be prepared to stand up on line, wait for a table or walk around for a while as the place is very popular and patrons tend to stay inside for a while. It is also located inside an apartment complex and is only accessible to the general public during the week (keep in mind they will not buzz you in past 8pm). On weekends it is only open for residents.
