This is a gated place. In order to get in, you put in the code at the intercom. The gate should then lift. You gotta pay for parking as well. ($5). I ordered the iced matcha. Not so happy about it. There is barely matcha in it, so all I taste is milk. Not even a hint of sweet. But the only thing that im satisfied about is the beautiful view.

Since the review is for the coffee place I gave it 2 or 0 stars!
Lousy staff! Don't care! I ordered chai tea latte, it still hurts! How could it be so bad! Idk I feel like it's the worst I ever tasted, also it was the machine π

Wonderful and pleasant experience while amazed by the multi talented barista. The company is quite fortunate to have such great talented staffs π²β¨π―π. We watched the barista gentleman running the circuit, sort of speak. He was assisting with the orders, and the long line of morning customers waiting for their "cups of βοΈ Sunshine". While he was answering calls calmly and smoothly to the customers asking for direction/ trying to order. At the same time, he was drizzle hot water to make drip coffee Lagolondrina for us. Circuit Du Soleil in Real life. Amazing ππ€© π―
The atmosphere and location of this coffee are spot on. Right at the bench if Chattahoochee River. What more can one ask for a view while sipping slowly a cup of black drip coffee, handmade π€©.
The Matcha π΅ latte with vibrant green color and a hint of lightly creamed. This is we'll concentrated real green Matcha that one can taste more of the green Matcha tea than the cream.
Dirty Chai half dark and bitter half spice chai tea with cream with foam that painted a white mustache of a happy π smile. Life is good π βοΈππΌπ

Great coffee with a magnificent view!! I love this place for hanging out or studying. Highly recommended. Plan to arrive early to secure parking.

The view of the river is fantastic. Nice and quiet ambiance to study or do work. The area surrounding offers plenty of food options to bring back as well being that the coffee shop only provides pastries which is fine I was just super hungry. The customer service at the front desk could be a little better, I asked about entry and the lady was a little sassy with her response. All in all I will be returning here for my studies and peace and quiet.

This place is amazing! Itβs up on a hill, right next to tbd river itself, so the views are spectacular.

Absolutely the best setting for a coffee shop in the Southeast. Grab a cappuccino and sit outside and take in the spectacular view of the Hooch and the stunningly landscaped riverside. They provide free wifi and power outlets both outside and inside. Best season to gΓ³ would be spring and fall. When you finish your coffee take a stroll around the gorgeous grounds or take a dip in the river. Don't feed the water fowl!

Had to write a negative review because the parking warning stickers are very very hard to remove from our cars. If you stay past two hours or if you forget to pay on the app before walking into the coffee shop you will end up with a warning sticker sealed to your window. Imagine enjoying a nice walk and decent coffee in a great venue, but then having to use a goo gone or razor blade to scrape the sticker off of your car for a half hour. I understand the need for parking control and getting more cars in and out of the lot and keeping everyone on time, but I don't understand the type of warning label. You can put the warning as a laminated piece of paper or something wrapped in plastic on the windshield wiper or on the door handle. Anything but a semi permanent damage to the car window please. I will remove this review when you stop using warning stickers and switch to another way of warning your loyal customers.

I see people complaining about parking, hours of operation etc. If I lived here I would want to limit the amount of people occupying the area. Call ahead so you don't waste your trip. Don't blame the people for your lack of planning. Plus a one star review for things like parking tells nothing of the coffee quality or other aspects. Talk about first world problems.
Actual review. Coffee is excellent, the baked goods are good quality depending on the time you go, (end of day stale). The view is enjoyable and calming. Pricey is my only hit.
