Great coffee right by the river. They have outdoor seating that allow dogs as well.

I used to come here before to enjoy the view with the coffee, but they have now made the parking paid.
For 2 hours, you will have to pay $5 parking and whatever coffee+eats you are getting from the cafe. On top of this, they are usually full, and you won't be able to get in the community. Oh, and even though the cafe is open until 7, you won't be able to get in after 5 (and weekends are a big NO). Seems like too many compromises for the view. I am still searching for another place similar to this so that i won't have to pay this much just to stay for 2 hrs.
Coffee is nothing to speak about as well.
I am more sad than frustrated that i will have to limit my urges to get some work done at the riverside with a coffee.
Hope they at least extend the parking allowance im future.

If it's not too busy, and you can get it, it is the most relaxing coffee shop in town.

Just love this place. If your looking for a place to have a great cup of coffee and enjoy the beautiful Chattahoochee River. This is the spot. Staff at rhe coffee shop are so nice. Check it out but get there early, fills up fast.

Great coffee with the ambiance of the chattahoochee river as a backdrop. Their baked goods are traditionally on point as well. They close earlier than others though around 8 pm (for warning if youre a night owl). This review lacks the fifth star in only the fact that it's closed on weekends.

Perfect place to have a coffee. Could visit only once.. Major attraction is it location.. located next to Chattahoochee river inside a apartment complex. Awesome coffee and baked goods are available .. one can enjoi seating in the deck with a good view of river and sipping your hot cuppa .

This has been one of my favorite places in the Atlanta Metropolitan area for years, the view is beauty and the whole environment is so peaceful! I would come here at least once a week while in school to study. Some of my favorite items to buy here are the chocolate croissants and chai lattes. Today I went back for the first time in a while, (mainly because the past several times I've tried to come they were closed because they were busy) and they've gotten even stricter about public access. You now have to pay to park, it's hours have changed to 8am-5pm, and they seem even more strict about staying at a 2 hour limit. While I understand this may be needed to limit how many people come, at this point it has taken out some of the joy of coming here and might as well just be for residents only. I'll always try to come to this place when I can, but all the extra obstacles to get in have definitely taken away from the appeal.

Gorgeous river view and cozy spot to spend your day doing work or reading a book or just enjoying a good cup of coffee.

The pearl of Chattahoochee, small secret paradise and close from Atlanta. Great place to relax and enjoy the vibe and breeze from the river.

Great coffee. Nothing like having a cup of coffee while sitting next to the river. Beautiful scenery. Very calm and relaxing experience.
