Not very pleased with my experience, the employees made it very difficult to know weather or not my order was ready. One of them was talking with his girlfriend the entire time we were waiting and clearly wasn't focused, and i could forgive all this if the coffee was good but it wasn't I've been going here for years and never had it like this the coffee had no taste to it my girlfriends caramel latte had barely any caramel in it and my vanilla latte tasted basically like warm milk... I am not happy with this experience and don't picture myself coming back soon im sorry

Everything I've had at Elements as been great. It's a place to relax and enjoy some quiet time. I've taken work there and used it as an office, while enjoying a muffin and tea, because the environment is so relaxing and inviting. The bottomless Mimosas are truly bottomless, so you can enjoy a night out with friends, breakfast or to grab a quick bite.

My first visit! I had a breakfast scramble and probably the best cup of coffee that I've had all year. Calvin ,the owner, has a great vibe and menu. I highly recommend this place. I will be returning.

This was my first visit and the customer service was great. Coffee was ok, I'm not a fancy coffee drinker but desire to find a flavor coffee to my liking. I will visit again soon to find a coffee blend I love.

The coffee is excellent, the food I've tried was great, and I love the atmosphere. I'll definitely be back often. I just wish the croissants in their scramwiches weren't storebought, but it's understandable since they're so time-consuming to make.

This is a great locally owned coffee shop. The people and atmosphere are top notch and the selection of drinks and food is great.
This is one of the best places to go for craft beer in Albany and the beer list is constantly changing.

Their white mocha needed more espresso and white chocolate. And i got an extra shot. Kinda week on both. Needs to be more smooth. Very good customer service, friendly people. Great atmosphere.

I enjoy going there to homework. The Wi-Fi is usually strong and fast.

Coffee beverages are reasonably priced, and cheaper than Starbucks. They taste better too!

The staff could be a little more attentive towards dining room cleanliness. Behind the counter things seem a little disheveled.

Toward me as a customer, the staff has always been attentive and knowledgeable about menu choices and recommendations.

Albany's best coffee!

This was my favorite coffee shop in Albany. I always loved their coffee, food, etc. However, the last 2 visits were awful. So when I went yesterday I told the young man who took my order very nicely that the the last time I was here my husband's frappuccino was terrible. We ordered thru the drivethru . It was so thin it was like milk. He just threw it away. He just smiled and said sorry. No compensation. I was nice and didn't say anything. Then after I left and poured my latte into my own cup at the bottom of the cup was just a big glob of powder. I had taken a few sips and wondered why it tastes like water. I don't know if new people have taken over here or the problem is untrained employees but I will not be back. At 5 a drink i expect better than that.
