Marble House Coffee

The seating is so cozy and the atmosphere is really enjoyable. My best friend and I got coffee and snacks and chatted on a couch for 2 hours. The time just sailed by.

The only issue I had was that I ordered a hot decaf latte and they made me an iced caffeinated latte. I have heart trouble, so I asked to make sure it was decaf. The guy behind the counter said he didn't make it, so he didn't know. After we stood there looking at each other for a second, he said he would go check. When he came back, he said it was not decaf and then became confused because he thought I had ordered hot instead of iced. He checked the order screen and he had put it in correctly, but the person who made it didn't read it correctly. He was very kind and made me a new one quickly.

I got the toasted marshmallow latte which was very delicious. It tasted exactly like a toasted marshmallow.... But obviously mixed in with espresso. I also got a cinnamon roll. I can't say I was expecting too much from a mid-day cinnamon roll at a coffee shop. It was a little tough, slightly stale, obviously microwaved to be warm again. But the flavor was on point. Really delicious bun and very big!

I definitely hope to visit again!

Absolutely amazing. My husband and I just moved to the area, I’m glad we found this place.

Large space, very open feel, a great deal of flavor options. I have not tried any food items only drinks which I am impressed with. Always nice to support local business. Give this place a try!

i love this place their bagels are amazing!! the atmosphere is awesome and all the employees are super nice! they must enjoy working there. i met the owner when i used to work at publix & he’s a super nice guy! not to mention the beautiful interior of the place itself. i will always support local businesses especially for all the people that work there & the owner! one of the few places that’s inexpensive but amazing quality menu items. if you work there and you see this you’re awesome ahaha!!!! considering coming here every day to study and grab a coffee

I came on Saturday for the first time and absolutely loved it !! However I guess Monday’s are a bad day to come the two people in there act like they didn’t want to speak I always worry when people serve me without a smile ! 🤦🏽‍♀️ My Carmel latte taste like black coffee I ask her to remake it and it was still bad . Waited 10 minutes for my bagel that was barely toasted with cream cheese on the side not on it .. no one is in there thought we would have been better served . Today was just a bad day I guess ! But I won’t be going back.

In response to the owners reply : I came in Saturday I was completely satisfied everything was great I got the exact same thing when I came Saturday They greeted me when I walked in my drink was not only beautiful but very tasty and the bagel indeed had cream cheese on it and the wait was not long at all . I enjoyed it so much so that I brought my husband back to try it . So by no means would I get on the internet and write a review that was false . We were not greeted when we walked in , I never told her I wanted a sweeter drink I ask her to please remake it because it was terrible like straight black coffee with foam on top and when she remade it she overloaded it so much so that I poured it out instead of drinking it. The bagel was barely toasted meaning you seen no toast marks on mine it literally appeared as if it was just places in the box and the boy who made it seemed like he wasn’t feeling well by how sluggish he was moving . I know this is your business but this is my right to give my honest feedback . It was horrible and the service was horrible. I have the right to my opinion sorry if you don’t like that .

This was our first time at Marble House in Dallas, we have been to the one in Marietta before. We were fairly impressed with their COVID mitigation as well as the presentation of the store and coffee. If you haven't been, you need to stop by.

Great place for networking. Coffee consistently sent back. Not hot. Overall good local spot.

Drip coffee is too expensive, but refills are half off. New girl at front didn't know anything; maybe it was her first job. Nice seating areas.

I absolutely love the Marble House Coffee Shop! I’ve been several times! Every time I go, I am properly greeted and my order is always exceptional with no wait time! I am always encouraged to try new homemade desserts or new coffee flavors! With the beans being made in house, it’s just a very savory taste! The environment is relaxing and friendly and at times motivational! I’m so happy that I found a new place In which I can relax and find peace while enjoying some of my favorite coffee! ❤️

Marble House has become my new go-to, to the point where I pass my former favorite chain to get there. The staff is incredible- always very friendly and helpful. Their menu is so expansive it has something for everyone. They are happy to customize based on dietary needs or personal preferences too. The shop itself is beautiful! Plenty of comfortable open seating (social distance-appropriate too) and space to socialize or work. They also have a private conference room available. They’ve thought of everything! I was so excited about their opening and they certainly haven’t disappointed. I’m thankful to have them in our community and look forward to going back every time.
