The food was horrible, the coffee is serve in a paper cup, I have to through away the cold muffins, the service is bad and very pricey, I would much rather went to Starbucks and I hate Starbucks. And if you look up, the lights are dirty. I feel we waste our 40 dollars.

Richard's has stood the test of time in Winter Haven. In Polk it's hard to thrive with chain companies dominating, yet Richard's has done just that. Outstanding coffee, ice cream, bagels, muffins and if you're there for lunch grab a Cuban sandwich. Pop in to do work inside or on the patio outside. Perfect spot in quaint Downtown Winter Haven.

I like this place for it's location in downtown. It has really good coffee and breakfast items. The staff is always very friendly.
