Arrival- We arrived about two hours before they closed down on Saturday night. There were a lot of people, but we were able to find parking easily and seating.
Ambience- Very cool, chill vibe. Great place to just enjoy time with friends & family.
Service- Everyone we came in contact with were very friendly!
Food/Drinks- My husband grabbed the food while we ordered drinks from DUO, so I don't have the restaurant names. The kids had chicken tender baskets that were okay. Me and my husband shared the BBQ Brisket nachos, but they were COLD! Everything was closing by this time so we just dealt with it.
The fried pickles were so good and we took home a shrimp po boy. It was also delicious.
I loved that they had drink stations. It was warm, so being able to walk up to get water was amazing.
Can't wait to go back!

The Hub is a fantastic spot for a casual outdoor lunch or dinner. It’s super spacious and our kids enjoyed dancing on the lawn area. The Hub seems to have lots of live music & there is a full bar. There is a choice between bbq, seafood, tacos, or burgers. And there are several surrounding shops (candy store, clothing stores, ice cream, etc) We went in the off season so it wasn’t crowded but I imagine parking could be a challenge during peak season.

Love the atmosphere!
You have a wide variety of good food options! Good ice cream, tacos, sandwiches and tacos!!
Fun bartenders and alcohol bucket options!
Cont sofas and heaters for when it's chilly. And a giant screen playing movies or the game!

There are a ton of small/local shops and restaurants around a center courtyard with live music most nights. It can get pretty busy so I had a hard time finding a place to sit, even as a solo. Bigger parties will want to arrive early to make sure they get seats. The drinks are pricey, but no pricier than any other tourist trap place, and are actually pretty good. Also got a barbecue sandwich that was pretty tasty. If you have the stamina (or an electric bike), I would recommend biking to avoid issues with parking. Overall, great place.

This place has multiple food places and shops. The outside area has tons of seating. There is a covered area and not covered area. Some nights, they have movie nights on the big screen outside for the family. The shops surround the outside area except for the entrance. They have artificial grass, which is great, a beautiful gas fire pit, picnic tables, and individual seats. They have many and multiple activities here. My little one goes to the 30A Kids Yoga, which was so much fun not only for my little girl but for me to watch as well. There is a build a bear we visited after we ate before the movie started. Super kid friendly, amazing, and super chill atmosphere.

Nothing too exciting going on here. Maybe if we went during an event we would of had a better experience. Heard a restaurant in here served smoked wings so we checked it out and it was basically counter serve fast food type wings. They weren't bad but not the best either. Atmosphere was definitely lacking with stained cloth benches to sit on at dirty tables and unfriendly counter service. Just kind of boring and lacking in the good food options department. Very expensive for what it is as well. Lots of kids running around. Not worth the drive from the lower grand lagoon.

The food, coffee, and stores are simply, not good.
The bbq in particular was horrible.
Place is cool if you are under 16 years old or drunk. Fortunately that’s 90% of the people attending the “big chill”.

What a cool venue! There's always something going on. My pina colada had very little alcohol in it but it was still a nice treat. BBQ was good, but all utensils and containers are plastic.

We loved The Hub! The outdoor experience was so nice and good vibes. I had the Turkey sandwich and cucumber salad from Local Smoke. The hubby had the shrimp sandwich and waffle fries from Hooked. Everything was so good! No complaints here!

This little place is amazing. So much to do and enjoy. There's entertainment and a wide variety of things to eat/drink. Plus there are bars/cigar shop. And a couple cute stores.
