If you're a downtown office worker the St John's Episcopal Church kitchen is a nice break from the usual sandwich type places that are in walking distance. The prices are low, they serve you quickly and many of the dishes are more like something someone's grandma might serve. The daily special is always a vegetarian dish. There is also a daily panini special. Mostly I like the food but sometimes it seems a little uninspired and at times a touch too salty. The specials vary by the week. My personal favorite panini special is the deep fried soft shelled crab. I like several of the vegetarian weekly specials.

Always a great spot for lunch. Friendly, tasty, and supports the church and community.

Amazing food and people! Great place for a quick bite to eat for lunch. The menus and the specials change every week so there is always great food on rotation.

Great food, great prices, and easy to get to. Watch the line at peak hours, you'll spend more time ordering than eating. But it's worth the wait if you have the time!

Great food, lots of seating, free wifi, and friendly staff. Also, the food is very inexpensive. Be sure to get bean salad on the side. It's my favorite!

Friendly staff and good food at a fair price in a nice atmosphere. What's not to like? Recommended heartily. Soup was very nice in the cold last week.

Kudos for having a broad range of foods and have them change every week. I've never had a meal that I didn't like. Sadly I always leave wanting more food.
