Madilynns Craft Coffee Shop

While waiting for my wife's appointment with the chiropractor, we stepped inside to get a cup of coffee. We both are not fancy coffee drinkers we only wanted a decaf and regular coffee. The young lady behind the counter explain for decaf it had to be expresso so we went with just two regular coffees. The experience was delightful and we totally recommend if you want a cup of coffee and some Danish please stop in this location.

They don’t have a bathroom! It’s inside of a salon but they won’t let you use the salon bathroom. Rhe closest bathroom is at City Hall!?!?!? Not cool.

We love Southern Grounds. The people are super friendly, and the coffee is fantastic. Their cookies and giant cinnamon rolls are always delicious. Their house blend whole beans make a fantastic gift for the coffee lover in your life too. Today I ordered some coffee to go, and the girl working went out of her way to bring it out to me because my baby was sleeping in the car. We love supporting this local business! :)

We stopped in for a few drinks as my family and I love trying new coffee shops whenever we go somewhere. Pros: super cute atmosphere and vibe. The pastries were absolutely delicious! This is in the same unit as a hair salon, which is interesting - but it works! Cons: The barista didn’t seem too happy we were there despite being the only ones in the shop. And the taste was subpar. We specifically went in for a drink we saw on Instagram but what we were served was something entirely different in appearance. Also purchased a S’more’s latte but it, unfortunately, tasted like watered-down coffee. I’m not sure what happened as it seems this place has great reviews - maybe just a bad day at the shop? But we were disappointed. If we try a second time and have a different experience, I’ll update my review.

Very neat looking place inside. Young lady making my coffee was very friendly. I did not appreciate “warmed” up coffee and then “boiling” new coffee. I was unable to taste if their coffee was really great.
I believe some more training on the sophistication of all coffee served is in order.

Such a great coffee experience and was able to catch up on work and with a friend. Definitely will be back soon!

A small gem you will find in St. Cloud. Their coffees are flavorful and unique so is their caramel apple crumb cake. They have selection of loose leaf herb teas and bring hand-painted wooden decoration panels for sale. Although indoor sitting is limited due to their small size, but you can have sense of quiteness and peace by sitting outdoor with a good cup of iced flavored coffee. Truly, your cozy neighborhood coffee shop with good coffees, which is hard to find nowadays..

I love this coffee shop. Great value, friendly employees, yummy coffees and pastries. I went here a few times while staying in St. Cloud and sat outside in the shade sipping coffee and using their wifi. Southern Grounds is awesome and deserves much future success.

Finally walked in today and I really like the vibe and aesthetic! The coffee was good and the service was friendly. I will definitely be back. They have some pretty cool coffee that you can purchase there or beans to take home.
