Mouthgasm alert! Spent the weekend in Jacksonville and stumbled upon this amazing experience! The staff are friendly and welcoming and the food and atmosphere make it a whole vibe! We ordered the yogurt parfait, breakfast burrito, and brunch toast! The brunch toast was my favorite! My husband loved the burrito, and who doesn’t like parfaits? The only inconvenience is parking. 100/10! Loved it.

I may catch some hype about this one, but that’s okay, our reviews are based on our personal experiences.
Southern Grounds is a cute little danish and coffee shop and is located within the historical waking area of downtown St.Cloud.
The cafe has limited seating both inside on out.
Service was quick with each of our three visit's.
The food was fresh and out beverages were pipping hot and oh so yummy!
Parking was a breeze with handicapped accessibility.
A tad bit pricey but worth the price.
Our only downfall was.
SG’s has a walkthrough opening that is adjacent to a salon and the scents are overwhelming.

Great coffee, especially the flavored coffee! I got the Reese’s Latte, and it was perfect for this misty morning. Plus with all the homey, cheery holiday decorations it was an instant mood lifter. Friendly service at the front from the barista who answered my questions with a sincere smile: This coffee shop has been here three years and used to be called Southern Grounds but the owner changed the name recently to her daughter’s name, Madilynn’s.

Other fun seasonal coffee flavors you won’t find elsewhere are Mistletoe (dark chocolate and cherry! Great for my husband who’s requested cherry desserts for his birthday since he was 4), and Frosty (white chocolate and marshmallow) and their most popular flavor this month: Crème Brûlée!

What a great vibe with the natural light wood paneling and counters, cool wall hangings with tongue-in-cheek quotes (see photo, some are for sale and handmade) and Magnolia Home-style plant vases on the wall.

It’s another small business that’s a joy to support here in St. Cloud! I just fall more in love with this town the more I venture out.

The baked goods are made by a small business baker here in town.

Try them out, you will not be disappointed!

Great drinks, service, and adorable shop! Located so close to Lakefront park! Can’t wait to go back, my favorite coffee shop in town! They were at the downtown market and went the next day for more! The salted caramel & vanilla coffee with oat milk is my favorite!!

Wow! Southern Grounds is a real gem in downtown St. Cloud! Stayed in town a few days on a visit with family and went daily (sometimes twice daily!) and this place is awesome and serves up innovative coffee drinks along with 'the standards' (lattes, espressos, cold brews, etc.). Everything we tried was phenomenal! Fantastic tasting coffee and the owner Kristen is lovely. She provided great recommendations and takes care in preparing your order. There are some cute items for sale in the shop too and next door is a salon…in the event you need your hair done too! ;) Highly recommend this for your daily coffee stop when in St. Cloud!

First time ever, loved the Latte and the specialty coffee. Will be stopping by again. I was odd for me, since is next to the beauty salon but it was ok, they have outside seats.

Literally some of the BEST coffee! Highly recommend, especially the Salted Caramel Cold Brew 🤍! Wont be going back to Starbucks anymore lol

Its an okay coffee stop with a good view of the town on the outside seating. This more of a couples place to hang out at not really family oriented. My wife ordered a pastry that was served in a bag and got messy to the point where it would have been nice to have a spoon for. The pastry was delicious by the way.

My favorite coffee shop! Not only is the coffee delicious, the baked goods are AMAZING! Sometimes I’ll treat myself to something in the case and everything has been SO good. My daughter loves their cake pops too!

I just found this cute little coffee shop last week and ordered the honey bee with oat milk and it was absolutely delicious. However, I went back today for the third time and won’t be returning because after waiting 10-15min in line, the redhead who was working took someone else’s order who just walked in and let them skip the line. She didn’t greet anyone coming in either. The blonde who was working the first two times I came in was very sweet and made the experience an enjoyable one. Hire more like her and give her a raise.
