This was okay. We got the protein bowls to go. The protein mix at the bottom was too runny, almost like melted ice cream. We ate it right after we got it so it wasn’t that it was sitting there for too long. The fruit was good, tasted fresh. We did not like the lids on the to go containers. It really made it messy and did not look appetizing at all. We had to scrape the toppings out. Customer service was nice though

Healthy and delicious shakes, teas, waffles and donuts. Friendly and courteous service as the owners are kind people who take pride in their craft. Not expensive and truly delicious shakes and food! Love the variety and it tastes amazing without the chalky or nasty aftertaste that some healthy shakes can have. You don’t feel like you’re missing anything with these amazing tasting shakes.

Delicious! We had a waffle protein bowl and an acai bowl and both were amazing. I would only ask for more fresh fruits options as topping. Definitely I will be back to try more items. It looked so yummy that I forgot to take nice pictures. 😂

Definitely if you are in Orlando you should come here, we maintain a healthy lifestyle and when we visit new cities, we like to discover new nutrition clubs and this one is spectacular, everything is delicious and the attention is incredible.

Register system was down so it took standing there for 10 minutes to order, no one was in front of us. Not her fault. People started coming in she kept taking orders, 9 people later she hadn't yet made a drink.
Someone complained and was bumped to the front of the line, we got ours next the coffee wasn't coffee it was powder and hot water, she only filled the cup about halfway. The other two shakes were good. Probably won't go back. Orders and sequence is a training thing. I always support small business first.... Sometimes I'm disappointed

I think this will be one of my places to hang out with when I wanna work outside my office. The customer service is excellent and I’ll be coming back for the mini protein donuts. They kept me full for almost the entire day and the sunrise mango tea keep me energized for a long time. It’s a lovely little business. Shout out to Yami, she is so cute and she is so excited about the products, that is makes me exited to buy it.

I ask for a acai bowls but it didn’t look or taste like açaí more like a protein powder mix a very light pink color the bananas and strawberries were very fresh and sweet but the main mixture the açaí was some type of powder mix she put in the blender I was disappointed and she just handed me the bowl no bag no spoon

I’m so happy this place is so close by my house. I’ve tried pretty much everything! The shakes, waffles, mini donuts, teas! All are great tasting. Everyone there is amazing and kind. You need to come by and try it out.

Wow! Was so surprised! Such a wide variety of healthy choices! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Will definitely go back!

My husband and I visited Canoe Creek Nutrition today ,we was greeted by the owner, he is friendly, nice & pleasant person. We felt welcomed and comfortable. The attendants was nice. We ordered donuts & shakes. I wasn't sure of which shake to get since everything looked so good, the cashier was helpful and helped with my decision. The taste of the products are FANTASTIC!
