Really nice place and a good coffee shop... loved the style

Was given a completely different drink than what I ordered. I ordered a frozen Augustine Mud but was given basically a hot latte. Then, I was charged over 9 dollars for it!!! I was assured it was the right drink, so I just gave up and payed for it. Have heard employees give themselves tips when you pay via credit card. I should have asked for a refund. Feel scammed :( Do not go here.

Gross! Got an iced coffee and it had coffee grinds all in the bottom. Super disappointed.

Very overpriced and even more unfriendly staff. I've given them the benefit of the doubt and revisted several times if I already happen to be on Saint George Street and need coffee, but every single time, they are as rude and unfriendly as can be. I see other reviewers agree so they must treat everyone like this for some reason. It's very unfortunate bc it's a super cute place and has a great selection of drinks to choose from (far too expensive for the quality though). Keep walking and you'll find some much better places nearby.

Crucial Coffee Cafe is one of the most quaint coffee shops. I so enjoyed the coffee and was very tempted by the tasty looking treats! It is in a small building that was once a blacksmith shop. Lots of cute gifts as well! And did I mention that there is has the most amazing garden where you can enjoy a visit while you are enjoying your coffee? If you get a chance, be sure to stop by there for a coffee break! Must do for coffee lovers when you are in St Augustine!

Excellent service. And now they are open until 5 and serving beer in the pandemic. Shelley and Cameron are good people, so come see them. Nice courtyard to relax in even if St Auggy is dead. Come here for excellence.

We've been coming here for 8 years now and we love this place. Andy has been there for as long as I can remember and he is always helpful and makes great drinks.
Sierra has made some great suggestions and makes the best chai tea latte.. These two are what keeps people coming back

This place is awesome! Staff is friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make customers coffee perfect! Also the location and vibe is the best! Definately a must stop if you are a coffee addict like myself, we tried 2 others and this one knocked them all out or the park!

Excellent choice menu. Take advantage of the cozy out door area in back. Was our reason for walking in and pleased.

This place has some of the best coffee I have ever had! The prices are a little bit on the expensive side, but are definitely worth It. There’s a nice vibe to it, and is within walking distance to the rest of St. Augustine. Their service can be lacking at times however.
