Wow! I went to this place during my vacation. Had a bad experience the first time. Thought maybe it was the young man who was working that day. Tried a SECOND time, cuz I read it was the best coffee place. Bad experience the second time and this is with two different employees working behind the counter. I was only in town for 3 days. This is visiting 2 times in 3 days!! Basically, without a long drawn out detailed message. The employees are unfriendly, distracted, one had no idea what we were even ordering and it was on the menu. He seemed unorganized and had no idea how to be customer friendly or attentive even. My husband didn't like his first beverage the night before or the next day even. So, is it the coffee or the employees who work there?

Cute place, unique, small which can be a problem if it gets super busy there, but everything else from the presentation to the coffee was great! It felt homey, open door like place, I would say these prices somewhat match to Starbucks but the quality is there, this is a place you should check out if your in the area for sure!

Kyle did such a great job! Talked me thru the tastes and my likes. I must recommend the rhino liqueur! I was nervous the alcohol would be strong but this brew is so smooth and the flavors are so great together! My husband and I will be back soon!

Great little coffee shop in the historical district. Good coffee and some great history in the building itself and take a look at the floor you will be surprised at what it's made of. Danielle was our barista and she was awesome.

Heading out one evening last week (from the Agustin Inn where we stayed for 4 nights), I stopped in for coffee while my husband found us a seat in the little courtyard outside. I chose a snickers hot chocolate for him and a salted caramel latte for myself. After I handed him the hot chocolate and he took a sip, he said, "It's pure heaven." My coffee was also wonderful! We went back the next day and the barista remembered my order! Their homemade key lime pie was also fantastic!

I've only been here once, but wouldn't return! I purchased two tall lattes and they were awful! To begin with, the service was extremely slow, even with no rush. They are more expensive than Starbucks, my two lattes were nearly $12, even specialty drinks at Starbucks don't cost $6 a piece for a tall. I would not have cared to pay $6 if they were good lattes. But they were SO SUGARY. All-in-all slow unfriendly staff, and overpriced for the quality of the drink. Don't waste your money. City Coffee is in the same area a far-cry better than here.
