My wife and I have lived here in St. Aug for over 30 years and our go to for coffee was the Bunnery. Now that’s been gone sold and is now a restaurant. We recently discovered the Coffee House Reality Cafe and so glad we did. This place has a great selection of coffee and a wonderful assortment of pastries to choose from. We are delighted to find a great place to relax and the owners Theo and Dianne are so helpful and great host. Simply, a great place to stop in St. Augustine

The latte's and key lime pie were outstanding and it is a wonderful relaxing atmosphere. The owner was very sweet too. She and her husband are gifted artists as expressed in the paintings throughout the coffee shop.

Parking could be a little tricky but there's a parking lot next to the barbecue place next door that allows the coffee shop patrons to park there.

This place is absolutely wonderful ❤️ we were on our honeymoon and walked by this little coffee shop. The door was left open which to me is always a sign of southern hospitality, so we decided to get a hot cup of coffee on our walk. The coffee is delicious and so are their pastries that they make . They have hand painted art that the owners do themselves and are also for sale. They do no wifi and disconnection so that everyone talks to eachother and noones stuck on their phones. The owners and workers are so sweet and it made us feel like we need coffee shops like this where we live. It was the only place we went to twice during our trip and we will be stopping by again the next time we take a trip to Saint Augustine ❤️

This is the most adorable little coffee house nestled inside of an old home from the turn of the 20th century. The interior is brightly decorated with plenty of art (from the owners!) hanging all around. The outdoor space is what's really remarkable though - plentiful seating on the wraparound porch overlooking their magnificent gardens. There are so many gorgeous and interesting plants to look at while you sip your coffee. The owners are a very sweet couple that live upstairs and they even have an Airbnb out back which we hope to visit next time we're in town!!

Historic St. Augustine, a town steeped in history, but largely bereft of coffeehouse culture and worse, good espresso. This historic Victorian, now a quaint coffee shop, offers plush seating, a decor of local artistry, and the best espresso in the city (and a very large array of coffee flavors and types, with some very tasty home-made pastry and quiche choices to accompany your morning caffeine fix). Definitely worth the short walk just outside the Old City Gate!

The ambiance is exactly what you want in a coffee shop. The historic St Augustine home/shop features front porch sitting over looking an ancient oak and true to Florida foliage. Theo and Diane greet you with a smile and follow up with perfect customer service. Located directly across from our hotel Villa Victor we enjoyed getting our day started with Theo’s tasty coffee and Diane’s homemade pastries. I bought the ham and cheese croissant but decided to give the scones a try instead. OMG!!! She nailed it. The perfectly crunchy edge with the soft and flavorful center was a masterpiece in scone creation. Diane bakes them right on premises giving you oven to table flavor. This will be our StAugustine coffee destination for years to come.

Stumbled across this mom and pop coffee shop across from our Hotel. We tried several bakery items and each one was as equally delicious. The owner made a lavender cream brulee latte that was Amazing! Don't leave without trying this shop.

My wife and I stayed in an Airbnb right across the street from Coffee House Realty Cafe and we are so glad we decided to get coffee here our first morning. First, what a beautiful place! The converted two-story house has a wonderful porch (w/ swing) and a gigantic live oak tree covering the front. It's an awesome place to sit, drink, and talk to the wonderful folks of St. Augustine. Second, the coffee was phenomenal; we returned several times for the sweetened cafe con leche and the cafe almond joy. However, the best part about this place were the owners. They were so warm and welcoming, and, in the middle of a busy morning, Theo took a few minutes to chat with us (about real estate of course). If we return to St. Augustine, this will be the only place we go for coffee...thanks!

A must see/do place on San Marco Ave in St. Augustine! Lovely place serving great coffee with the nicest owners! My family felt very welcome. It's so cozy (former bed and breakfast) with fantastic pictures gracing the walls (artwork is also for sale). Sit out on the lovley porch relax and drink their delicious coffee !We will definitely be back the next time we come to town! 😁

Such a local gem! The puff pastry quiche and goats cheese croissant with datil pepper honey were dynamite! Great coffee too. Perfect spot for breakfast on a wrap-around porch. We can’t wait to go back!
