Super cute café, plenty of pastries to choose from and great coffee choices. I had the Cafe Vienesse, was delicious. Croissants were buttery flaky deliciousness. Stay away from the macarons, they all tasted the same and were dry and brittle, looks like they're from somewhere in Texas, would have preferred local macarons for the $15 price. Wife had an iced vanilla latte, daughter had iced chai tea latte, and son grabbed a Cool Mountain raspberry soda. Everyone loved their snacks, also awesome vibe on the porch and inside the cafe.

Love this cozy coffee shop, luckily is was near the hotel we stayed at. The staff was extremely friendly and the coffee was great. I loved seeing all the decor inside from local artist. Seeing the water bowl outside for dogs, only makes this place better! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. 7/4/2021

❤️ Coffee House Realty Cafe. Stopped here after teaching Sound & Ground yoga at Uptown Villa and enjoyed the beautiful music, vibrant paintings, great food & bev, and amazing and warm energy of the owners, Theo & Diane. 🙏🏼 Thank you for this gem. Also note their motto: " We do not have Wi-Fi. Talk to each other and pretend it is 1995." 😆 It was so refreshing to have this space without a laptop. Originally, I came with my laptop to do some work but when I found out about their no laptop policy, I took it as a sign from the universe that I need to take a break and unplug. It was so nice to be surrounded by the beautiful artwork painted by Theo. As I gazed into the paintings, I felt a connection to the scenery as if I was there on vacation. A great stop if you are visiting St. Augustine on your vacation or are a local just wanting to connect with people face to face and have an actual conversation. They also have some great classic games like chess (with an awesome wooden set) and checkers. There is also a tic tac toe board with little gnomes as pieces. This place is awesome and I can't believe it's taken me this long to find it. Also, you will find a ton of great books to peruse. Great energy, food & bev, incredible art, and a great mission to get back to communicating in a real way with one another face to face. Definitely come check out Coffee House Realty Cafe if you haven't yet. It will become your new favorite spot.

This is a 105 year old house that is now a coffee shop. I have only been here once but wow, I will be back next time I'm in town. The owners are exceptionally nice and will explain how they came about the place. Lots to choose from from coffee to bake items. The inside is full of various art and graft with plenty of seating both inside and out. Great spot for a coffee shop too. Truly something to occupy your time with.

I love this owner operated coffee shop! The coffee is wonderful - made to order to each person’s taste. And the pastries are divine. One bite of my almond croissant and I was transported back to Paris. The artwork is magnificent and makes a cheery and comfortable spot. The service is impeccable. Highly, highly recommend!

Walk to Kookaburra instead and get a wayyyy better cup with way friendlier people. We were stoked to find this place so close to our Airbnb but… coffee served in waxy tasting cups was first downer then I went to sit on the cute porch and propped my clean tennis shoed feet up on an old wooden table and the white haired owner came up to me and rudely said “get your feet off my table!” Btw it was a low table placed right in front of an old bench. We just spent $11. For 2 small coffee and tipped $2.50! After reading other reviews I see this is common practice for them to treat customers like this. People say they have closed their laptops and told them to leave so I felt better knowing it’s them not me that was RUDE.
We Walked to Kookaburra $8 for 2 wonderful coffees and friendly service.

Best place EVER! Fun and happy sunny atmosphere. Great art, snacks, and coffee. Not a fan of iced coffee BUT I AM NOW! How am I going to live without this coffee shop in my life at home! Owners are fun and active on grounds! The porch area is best place to 4est your feet after the closeness of downtown!

This coffee shop absolutely made my day trip in St. Augustine so much better. This was the best chai latte I have ever had. I also got the last slice of quiche for the day! I wish I knew the secret to making food this delicious.

Wonderful find. On our last day, went into this coffee shop. Wow, wonderful owners ,Wonderful atmosphere, cozy place for a coffee and a bite. Delicious assortment of top quality breakfast and dessert things. Wonderful thought into making a wifi free zone with games and play cards for conversation. Love every thing about this place. It will be a must to visit when in St Augustine again.

Don't miss this lovely spot in St Augustine! The pastries are sooo yummy (both the savory and the sweet)! The atmosphere is perfect...they are dog friendly so we sat on the front porch and enjoyed the garden.
