Rise & Nyse has THE MOST DELICIOUS ice cream plus fantastic vegan flavors. This is a remarkable, comfortable, welcoming shop with a mission, plus great coffee, ice cream, lots of other treats, all in the heart of Downtown Sarasota. Indoor and outdoor seating. A real gem!

With great coffee and the best ice cream sandwiches I've had, this lovely cafe comes with an amazingly friendly atmosphere and an opportunity to relax and make friends too. They're serving our community in a great way by providing opportunities for individuals who truly need them. Anyone who likes coffee, ice cream or great service needs to check this place out!

All the ice cream and cookies are made in house daily.
The homemade ice cream is phenomenal . We tried the toasted coconut- it was my favorite. My husband had their peanut butter chocolate. The management and owners are extremely welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend. We can’t wait to go back and take our family.
Love that this establishment is all about empowering their staff.

We were in visiting from SC. We had a very pleasant experience. The staff was super helpful and friendly. And ice cream was so creamy and tasty. It was my
First time trying the peaches and cream & was satisfied.

Such great coffee and beignets!! Sat outside on the awesome bar overlooking the street. This ice cream and coffee shop has such a beautiful mission and I love supporting local businesses with a cause. Definitely give this place a try, you won't be disappointed!

Absolutely delicious vegan ice cream, incredibly friendly staff, & most importantly a great mission.

My wife, brother and I stopped by to grab some coffee while on our way to dinner. My wife can’t have caffeine and it’s not abnormal (although disappointing) when a coffee shop doesn’t have any decaf options. Not only did they have decaf coffee but they also had decaf espresso and were able to make her a latte. All three of us loved our drinks and have talked about going back. My wife is particularly excited to try their ice cream and we both love how the whole place is so inclusive… it’s really incredible.

Pretty pricey for basic drinks but great vibes!

What a terrific experience at Rise and Nye’s. Lovely owner with a great concept employing individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The ice cream sandwich was yummy, two cookies with delicious ice cream mine was non dairy. My son had coffee also delicious . Come and visit you won’t be disappointed.
