First time here and it was fantastic. Caramel Latte was delicious and not too sweet and the staff could not have been nicer. Highly recommend!

We found this place online and I was excited when my wife showed the Slayer espresso machine to me. She placed an online order of cortados one with oat milk and one with regular. She mentioned that barista was so sweet and branded cups look so good. But the cortados were so so so so weak. Absolute dissatisfaction on the coffee taste.

Delicious pastries and great coffees. Also the coolest Slayer espresso machine I’ve ever seen

Super clean and comfortable coffee bar with interesting art on the walls and interesting people serving hot delicious coffee. My friends actually work at Strrrrbks and this is where we meet for coffee. Locally owned. Please visit.

I really wanted to love this place, but the ice tea was bizarre tasting. Almost sour. It was simply undrinkable.

I went in because I was originally going to get a Starbucks and instead wanted to support a small business and was right by this shop anyway. Ordered a flat white, and saw they had some supplies on the shelf. Having really wanted to move to make better coffee at home, I asked and the gentleman was super helpful. Took my (tasty) flat white home and my new gadgets and made a pour over for the first time with his recommendation of Sweet Bloom beans. I went on the Sweet Bloom website and followed their directions. I am not strong enough for black coffee but wanted to taste before cream/sugar it just to see if I could start to develop a sense for "notes" and good vs bad coffee. It was black but surprisingly drinkable from what I remembered black coffee being like.
Later in the day I decided to try making a pour over cup with my left over grocery bought grounds. It was Caribou light roast. Immediately upon smelling it as I was pouring, and ESPECIALLY after taking a sip, I couldn't believe I'd been drinking it for so long. Compared to the Sweet Bloom roast, it was burnt and tasteless. The process of making pour over really brings some mindfulness to the process as well. Thank you for the recommendations!

Best specialty coffee in downtown Sarasota. Loved the coffee of the day pour overs. Organic and responsibly sources. Friendly and knowledgeable staff/owner.

Had an oat flat white at the market was really smooth with great flavour. Visited the store by the bay then and had an iced matcha and was really good too. Guys inside were friendly and the place had a good vibe!

5 star coffee. 5 star customer service.
One of the best coffee shop experiences I have ever had- anywhere! Fantastic cold brew and a great atmosphere! They are very particular about their coffee- what kinds they use and how they make it- which makes it taste that much better.
But what really makes this shop stand out among others is their incredible, friendly staff. They know all their regular customers by name and are very intentional about engaging with all customers & creating a welcoming, fun, and friendly environment!
