If you want great service and the best coffee, then this is the only place to go in the Panhandle!!! My coworkers and I frequent this establishment daily. Never disappointed. Prices are excellent too!!!

Great selection and amount of flavor options including sugar free. Staff is super helpful, friendly, and service is quick. Never had a bad experience and the set up allows for social distancing!

Coffee (cappuccino)was very good. Staff was friendly, but a little slow, looks like they are under staffed. Very popular place so get there early. They sell out of breakfast foods (muffins, bagels) etc, fast.

We found this place towards the end of our vacation, wish we had found sooner. We had a White Chocolate Caramel Frappuccino, it was not on the menu but the guy behind the counter made us one of his specialty drinks and it was absolutely delicious. We highly recommend.

Run of the mill coffee shop. If you like mainstream sugar syrup and milk focused coffee drinks then you'll probably be fine with this place. If you're really into coffee and are looking for quality milk alternatives and good coffee/espresso then this place is not for you.

This is one of the best coffee shops on 30A. The coffee is really good, the muffins and cinnamon rolls are good, and the staff are really nice. It is in a really good location close to other shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this place!

While on a trip to Grayton Beach area in late February from Illinois, we stopped by Bad Ass twice because our party of four really enjoyed the atmosphere and the coffee. On the last visit, before heading back to Illinois, I purchased a black coffee mug to take back home with me. It was wrapped and bagged. Upon unwrapping the mug at home I noticed it had a small chip in it as well as a hairline crack down the side of the mug. I phoned the coffee house a few times without success and left messages. I FINALLY received a call back from Ken Lawson days later. He stated he'd replace the mug. Days and weeks went by without any word. After more text messages and phone calls I have YET to receive my replacement mug. Customer service at Bad Ass Kona Coffee in Santa Rosa Beach has much to be desired. It would be very difficult for me to patronize an establishment that cares so very little about the satisfaction of their paying customers.

The best coffee on 30A!! The bagels are really good as well! Friendly staff!

Great selection of coffee, friendly staff. Has the warmth and feeling of a neighborhood coffee shop vs a chain like Starbucks etc.
Their %100 Kona blend is amazing
