Foxtail Coffee - Heathrow / Sanford

If you are a coffee lover, then this coffee shop is the best to visit around Sanford area. Their coffee really satisfies my taste at a very affordable price. The service was very fast. The interior design is very unique as well which is picture-perfect. I will highly recommend this coffee shop to everyone I know.

My wife and I really enjoyed our coffee and visit here. This location is nice inside and has a lot of seating and the staff was friendly. The coffee was amazing. This will be our coffee place of choice whenever we are in the area.

Honestly I was so excited to come here for a coffee. I’m from Texas and traveling today.

For a flat white being $5 I expected it not to burn my mouth when I went to take a drink. So bummed about that. Not only that but i wanted to buy the cute 8oz tumbler and it happened to ring up as the same price as the 12oz tumbler which makes no sense because they’re the same cup. They shouldn’t both be 24.99….with 4oz of a difference. The barista couldn’t explain it to me. Anyways. It was just okay and I wished I could have liked it more!

Does everyone see the same thing I see when I look at this picture? I’m pretty sure that’s what the barista intended to draw. Not only has she taken the time to draw this, but she also made sure the coffee was absolutely horrible. I really don’t understand why so much hatred when I’ve always been nice and respectful. I’m pretty sure she is not satisfied with my tip, which is really sad and pathetic. I thought that tip was voluntary and based on satisfaction, but I guess it’s an expectation these days. It’s pretty ridiculous that servers expect us to pay for their salary and that we as customers have allowed this to happen. If we tip baristas, then we should also tip the cook at the supermarket or the mail man that delivers our correspondences. It’s not that I’m completely against tipping, but I hate that it’s become a ridiculous expectation where the minimum recommended amount is 20%. What is this?! Why do I have to pay 20% more for something on top of taxes?

Love this coffee place, I go there all the time!
But today I got a Coconut Cold Brew, and two black hair were inside! I was already drinking it and 30mn away when I saw it! I spent $6 for a coffee to throw it away.
I want my money back

What a warm, friendly environment. The decor is rich and pleasant. The ambiance is inviting and relaxing. I loved the old-school decor in the restroom.
The ordering process was easy, and the barista was really friendly. She rang me up, made my order herself, and handed it to me with a thanks and a smile. Not only that, but my coffee was delicious!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO LOGICAL ORGANIZATION WHEN BUSY! I got to Foxtail waited a few minutes to place my order. Yes, they were busy so I decided to take some videos so I can promote them on social media and in this video you can also see how long the line got after I placed my order. Logically, it would make sense to make your customers order based on time stamps so they don't get upset waiting for so long and see the people after them receive their drinks first. I ordered two simple Coraditos. The staff here did not care about WHEN I placed my order but more about the 20+ people after me who got their drinks first. Rude! They have no system in getting the drinks out. They literally make whatever they want when they want. Literally by the time I got my order the was NO line. How is it probably 20 drinks were given to other customers before mine?? The worst part is I ordered two Corditos. It's much less time consuming and complicated than all the other drinks they handed out. Managers need to train their staff to hand out drinks based on the time it was ordered not based on whatever their staff feels like making next. I have a video of the entire line GONE and only after that did they give me my drinks and BROKEN BAGEL sandwich. Like I said, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO ORGANIZATION! Yes, it's busy but figure out a logical system to not upset your customers by serving the customers that ordered after them first.

Now this place is nice. The seating is great. And I just ordered a cold brew with nothing in it and the taste is amazing. The Barista named Cayman was super nice and informative while I was placing my order. He was also very patient with me because initially I was confused.

At the end of the day, “it’s a dope spot “.

Plus, the flavor of this cold brew Is truly one of a kind. So what are you waiting on? Go on and get you some.

The sweetest woman helped me. I told her it was my first time to Foxtail and to surprise me. She asked if I wanted hot or iced then if I like bold or light flavored. She made me the best coffee I have had in a very long time! I wish I caught her name!! She made me a Lavender Honey Oat-milk Coffee ☕️ 🩵

The nitro cold brew coffee was delicious but I was really impressed with the pastries. I wanted to try every single one. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and there is a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating. Great local spot.
