Ordered a burrito, smoothie, and coffee this morning for pickup at 10:35. When I arrived at almost exactly 10:35, my coffee was ready but not the rest of the order. The barista told me politely that my smoothie "would be right out". At 10:53 I went up to the hostess to ask where my order was. My burrito was sitting on the counter, cold, either no one had called for me or I didn't hear it. But my smoothie order had been "overlooked". To her credit, the barista got right to it, but I didn't get any apology. At 10:57 I walked out with my order, minus the coffee that I had ample time to drink onsite. This is unacceptable to me. I will not return to this establishment.

This location has a very nice feel to it. Many ways to relax or compete in things with friends while having a drink or coffee. They were out of the cofee when I came but tried their tea and it was good. The coffee, I know where they get their beans from and alright like those, so I know I'll like their cofee there as well

Overpriced for some bitter medicine tasting coffee. Starbucks & Dunkin are better & that says something.

I love this place! The smoothies are delicious and the tea is the best! They use TeBella teas and so the quality is amazing. I truly enjoyed the Açaís Bowl I had as well. The open air setting is perfect! The service was quick, personal and friendly!

I have been a handful of times for lunch. The atmosphere is amazing, the food is delicious, I love the coffee and tea and the people/staff are friendly. Haven house is filled with a feeling I can’t describe, the location is amazing and the sun hits the place perfectly to enjoy a beautiful day out.

Best coffee house in Safety Harbor. Good healthy options and excellent friendly staff.

They are all super beautiful humans that out care into making their delicious organic dishes. The granola is top notch and I personally cannot wait for them to sell that alone! 😁

What a very welcoming place to chill and enjoy your chose of coffees and teas! I had the lemon drop tea and OMG it was amazing! Highly recommend this place! There is also food which looked so good! Going back for some food for sure next time!

Out for a bike ride today and stopped for a bite to eat. Our server Kaity T was wonderful. Very positive and upbeat. Brought out water with lemon without asking to start. Nice touch for thirsty riders. We had burgers and they were delicious. The food was good and Kaity was very attentive. Will stop back .
