Have been a long time customer. Experience this visit very disappointing.
Quality of service and food not up to par.
Cleanliness gone down hill.
Many items on the menu not available...
Inattentive wait staff.
I've given 5 stars previously....not this time.
What's going on??

Great food choices and the bakery is a welcomed surprise. The Falafel wrap and a side of stuffed grape leaves were awesome. The staff is very friendly, helpful, professional and patient. The kitchen is fast and we had our food in the matter of minutes. We will return again soon.

Many restaurants in this area call themselves Mediterranean, while in fact, they are either Italian or Greek. It's very hard to find a place that serves authentic turkish, israeli, etc food. This place is a real deal. I spent 20 years living in that area, and I can tell - it doesn't get more authentic than Ephesus. Food tastes exactly as it should. The atmosphere is nice and the prices are very sane. Great experience overall.

We had a very enjoyable lunch with Vegan friends. We loved the chicken kabob pita - absolutely delicious & our friends really enjoyed the Vegan options. Our server was very friendly & helpful. I would highly recommend trying this restaurant.

This was our first time going in and we had lunch with great food and iced tea, if I were just rating it off of that this would have been a 5-star review.
However, due to some technical or other issue our order was never recieved by the kitchen until after the other guest near us that ordered 25 minutes after us had received their appetizer. By the time we had ordered we easily waitied in excess of an hour before getting our food. We did get an apology for the mishap, but other than that nothing else was done to remedy the situation.
There could've been so many things done to turn this less than ideal situation into one that didn't just leave a sour taste in our moths. For example, right when the mistake was caught we could have have been offered a small thing of hummus with some pita, or, comping a meal, offering a free dessert, taking 20% off the bill, literally anything, but there was no corrective action taken after we were taken to the point of hanger.
Ultimately I just wish that this situation was handled better than it was.

Although I do love Mediterranean food I ordered a simple fish and chip, their fish is Frozen from a box from the store it was no good, seriously cheap and gross didn't even eat it. Hope the owners change this....

This is a very neat place. Everything from the menus to the decor around the restaurant helps set the mood for a very unique dining experience. The dishes are well crafted and loaded with flavor. The prices are fair for the quantity and quality you are receiving. The ingredients seem to be fresh and of high quality. Service is very quick and servers are polite. I would say this is some what of a romantic spot.
