Prosecco Cafe - Scratch Kitchen & Bake Shop

The absolute worst of everything. Bad service, bad food, noisy and dirty. Our server was so slow, a toddler could walk faster. It was so loud and our server was practically whispering. The staff looked as if they could care less and it showed. I order their Prosecco Rachel for $17 and it was missing several components so it tasted like nothing. Tried to speak with the manager on the way out and he kept walking away from me.

What I love about this place is how unique its menu is compared to other restaurants around. We had a great time enjoying the delicious food and excellent service. Wouldn’t hesitate to suggest eating here to a friend.

Donna the manager is excellent. She kept checking on us and made conversation. We felt welcomed. The atmosphere is great, the seating is nice, the place is clean and organized, but most importantly is the fabulous food.

First, let me just say this is not the first time I have been to this restaurant. We normally have a good experience which is why I brought my friend to try them for the first time. But today was Absolutely Horrible! We just had the most inexcusable service. We came in and was seated at 12:50 PM, didn’t get drinks until 20 minutes later and the drinks were wrong, we also ordered our food at the same time we put in the drink order. Our waitress took the orders, but almost walked off without taken everyone at the tables order. There were 3 other tables seated after us, at 1:55PM after having no one even check to see if we needed drink refills, 2 of 3 tables that came after we sat down were given drinks and food, we decided to speak with the manager. He went to the back to check and our food was brought out COLD! This was unacceptable service and I am very disappointed with this restaurant. We spoke with the manager again and walked out of the restaurant on the hunt again to find somewhere else to eat.

Terrible customer service. Wanted to go there for Sunday lunch. As soon as I walked in, there was a long line of people waiting to be seated, and the place wasn’t even busy. The waiter/manager was just standing there. When I asked him if someone was going to seat the people that were waiting around, he gave me a really nasty attitude. Some of the people that were waiting in line walked away when they heard that, and then I decided to leave as well. Unacceptable customer service. Will not be returning to this place.

We Love Prosecco Café and been coming here for over a decade. They are a scratch kitchen, making everything in house, including their amazing bakery. The place is a busy breakfast/lunch place and like a hidden Bistro for Dinner and full bar with creative cocktails.

Great way to get away from your home's dining table. We love the Top Me House Chopped Quinoa Salad. We ordered more than $50 for that menu alone.

Been here before a couple times great food and service. But the hostess that worked today 4/18/23 at 1230 made me and my family that is visiting walk out right away. She is the rudest human I have ever talked to in the service industry. I mostly likely will not be back and I certainly won't be taking friends or family.

Cute restaurant but one of the managers is super rude to his team in front of guests. His behavior wasn't particularly better when he greeted you either, very off-putting. The quality of the food for the restaurant portion was poor and the coffee was burned. Super disappointing because it's a great location and cute interior.
