Foxtail Coffee Co - Ocoee

Probably the smallest Foxtail but I think it’s my new favorite ❤️
I usually go for a great cup of coffee but changed it up & got a cold chai latte’ that was perfect. The manager Zia, was super friendly and wanted to be sure we were happy with everything. We were. And we’ll be back. If you can’t find it at first, keep looking. It’s there….and worth the patience to find. Oh, and the chocolate chip cookies are a must!

The manager is so professional and kind, along with all the staff. They were patient with answering questions and went out of their way to be friendly and invest in each person's experience. Yes the lattes are a bit pricey but I'd pay that again and again to support a business with this level of effort. Honestly this was the single best caffeine run experience of my life. Sidenote..... phenomenal decor. Took notes on that.

Can I give 10 stars somehow? Because that is what this place deserves! The ambience is amazing! Cozy and subdued music just enough to set the scene, low lighting just enough to see everything but not blinding. And the staff…AMAZING!!! I was hoping my receipt kept the names but alas it wasn’t there.(between 1-2p) The young lady who helped me was outstanding, great suggestions for my cold brew flight! The coconut mocha, must try! After that I ended up with a half gallon of cold brew to take home, but I kinda wanted flavors to it. The manager and barista had the same thoughts to put some flavor in a few cups and then I can add the flavor when I get home to each cup to my liking. I spent even more time just chatting with the staff, great team and they go the extra mile to make sure you get what you want! Please come here and show this Foxtail location some love!! You won’t regret it!!

First time visiting this location. Had to get some Christmas shopping + work done and this adorable coffee shop did not disappoint. Peaceful, aesthetic, and clean was my first impression. The barista, Marina, gave me amazing customer service along with a much appreciated drink recommendation. It's always refreshing going places that prioritize the customers overall experience and make them feel valuable. Will absolutely be a returning customer and recommend anyone close by or passing through to stop in!

Favorite after work coffee shop, great addition to this area. The baristas are friendly and knowledgeable about their product, and they make an effort to know the regulars (and even their very specific orders)!

I came into Foxtail to work and the atmosphere was absolutely amazing! I felt very welcomed by the two employees working Lauren and Bri! They helped me pick out a drink and offered different milk alternatives! They both were so helpful and kind and as I worked both checked on me to see if I needed water or anything else! They both really went above and beyond with a very good attitude! I will definitely be coming back and was so amazed at the excellent customer service, the coffee, and the calming atmosphere!

I didn’t really care for this place. I wanted to get a breakfast sandwich but swap the bagel for a croissant. They said they can’t make any changes to the sandwiches. I didn’t think I was asking for much. The Cafe con Leche was pretty basic and not worth the price. I could’ve went to Starbucks across the street and got better service and better food for probably less the price.

The pastry options they had is no different from what you would find at a gas station.

I’ve been here several times and the people who work here are awesome. Zia, the manager went over and beyond making sure my friend and I were satisfied and enjoying ourselves. It’s a very small Foxtail but there are also benches out front with a fountain.

Twice I've been here. Twice I was ignored and not served in a timely manner, so much so that I left without ordering. The baristas never once acknowledged my presence or told me they would be with me shortly. When someone cut in front of me and I mentioned I hadn't been helped yet, the barista took their order anyway. Absolutely infuriating experience.

This is the worst foxtail coffee I’ve ever been too. This one is closer to me but I go to the altamonte one because customer service is better and it’s cleaner. They have like a mop water smell at this location and it’s like that EVERY TIME I come. I always wanna dine in but I’m too sensitive to the smell
