Hands down best spot in ocala! If you’re looking for a place that is indulgent, but want to be healthy, this is your place! It’s a hidden gem and not everyone knows about it. The owners are beyond amazing and so sweet, they will got out of their way to start a conversation and want to know how you’re doing! The consistency of the products are absolutely spectacular, u get what’s on the photos! Thanks to Lu and Tany, i have been able to eat right for a healthy meal. 10/10 recommend, it’s nice and clean environment! Love this place, i practically go every week and enjoy what i’m getting! If you’re visiting ocala, this is must go place. if you’re looking for after workout meal, this is the spot!

Great taste, low calorie and healthy all come together here into a great new option for someone (like me) that want healthy food, are trying to shed a few pounds, but still crave great taste.
The menu has some great options that I am looking forward to trying (only been there 4 times, so far!). My first 3 visits I went with blended drinks (the expresso was excellent!) Today I had a waffle with Blueberries, Bananas, Strawberries and a Honey Topping!
This is a great alternative to your cookie cutter fast food restaurant.
The décor is pleasant, the mood is upbeat, and the restaurateur is both pleasant and knowable!

Great friendly service and atmosphere. A variety of healthy protein shakes and tea refreshers. Mini Protein donuts with a variety of toppings are my favorite. Must say the Owners are great with all their customers .

Social Springs is INCREDIBLE 🤩🤩 I’m from west palm beach, where places like this are on every block. I know good, healthy, nutritious when I see it. Ocala doesn’t have many of these restaurants here, but they are KILLING IT!!! Healthy, nutritious foods local to Ocala. Highly recommend 10/10 🤩

This is the best place for healthy eating by far!!!! The shakes taste so delicious that you forget that it’s healthy.. my go to is the protein donuts and waffles!! The teas give you so much energy along with the health benefits without the sugar and guilt! 10/10 recommend!!!! The environment is warm and welcoming! The staff and owners are super friendly and supportive of your Goals! My favorite place to be in Ocala!!

Not only is the food both delicious, but it's good conscious food made with various proteins and vitamins that can be adjusted to meet whatever needs you have that day. As a local college student, their refreshers provide me with just the right energy and clarity of mind I need to make it through any classes or study sessions i'm in. HUGE fan of Social Springs Ocala! This cute shop brings big flavors with all their protein goodies! They make everything from açaí bowls, refreshers, donuts, waffles & shakes!

The owners are also the absolute sweetest and SO welcoming!

This is a great place for people that watch their calories, carbs or sugar intake and still want that initial sweet flavor without all the fake add ins!

I eat here basically everyday. You are doing it wrong if you are not here with me! Highly recommend on any day.

I came just before closing and Luis took my order. He was very kind and gave great menu suggestions. I ordered the cool cucumber, fountain of youth, and protein waffles. The whole place has a very cute vibe and I love the menu options.
