Arrived at 1:30pm and there were only 4 flavors left in the case. Young lady behind counter said those were only options. We asked why their website said small batches were made throughout the day, but she said with only 2 hours until closing this was it. One of the kids needs gluten free so we asked if there were any in the back before deciding whether to leave or not. A young guy came out from the back and said he could go ahead and make some fresh for us but it would take 20-25 minutes. We decided to order and wait. The wait gave us an opportunity to look around and realize how filthy the place was. Spilled coffee on counters, dust/crumbs between case and wall, and the floor needed mopping especially in corners. In fact if we had noticed all this before ordering we would have absolutely left. The donuts were a little raw in the middle and not as good as we had anticipated from the other reviews. I hope they just were having a bad day, but some of the dirtiness seemed like it had been that way for a while. Many other customers came in while we waited and were also told what was left in the case was only options. Some left disappointed without ordering anything.

These doughnuts are amazing! The breading is flaky like a croissant, and blended with the flavors and topping combinations, it's so so good. My favorite was the apple Pie, but they were all devoured quickly and no one was left disappointed. If you're looking for something different- try this place!

I love Parlor Doughnuts! Their treats are always so fresh and so delicious- I called ahead and everything was ready for me to pick up. The Blueberry Hill and the Coconut Cream are must tries! I love bringing these to celebrations like birthdays, morning office gatherings, or for a girly date with my little sister! Highly recommend ( : Take a peek at the Cookies and Cream in the picture- WOW!

Totally worth checking out if you love a good doughnut. Plus Keto Friendly and Gluten Free options also add great coffee too. Exceptional customer service

Small shop with cute decor and plenty of outdoor seating. They also make coffee! We tried all the doughnuts on their menu. They were very interesting flavors but were way too sweet. They were made to order but im not sure if they were freshly cooked or just covered in toppings. Most were very moist from the fillings that they were heavy and globby

Their donuts are crazy good! The Strawberry Shortcake was one of the best donuts I have ever had. Go EARLY or you will miss out and have to wait a long time.

Pulled up while on vacation to Santa Rosa Beach...there was a line bc both locals and visitors have discovered this gem! Amazing layered doughnuts are unique and different-- but in an awesome way :) So far, had the Churro, Campfire and Raspberry Pistachio and they're all amazing. The layered doughnuts are part crispy, part flaky but also soft, and imho magical in a good way. Also enjoyed chai tea and maple brown sugar latte; all was tasty and staff was great. I see now and totally understand a line to get this yummy food! Try them out, they're amazing.

These were some of the best layered donuts we ever had. I could not stop eating the Iced version. The only thing to make the experience better was a cup of Mexican Hot Chocolate.

Absolute best doughnuts in the area if you could call them that. They are pretty big croissants that have frostings and toppings with a huge variety of flavors. If you're looking for doughnuts in the area skip the "doughnut hole" and try a croissant doughnut.

The donuts are really good. Customer service is horrible and plan on waiting in line to get in. But again the donuts are really good
