Bad Ass Coffee

COVID- some outdoor seating. Inside, many people are crammed and do not wear masks (which is normal in Destin). As of 5/1/21 they were not serving food.

COFFEE- I got macaroon and mocha coconut. The drinks are your basic sweet drinks. There is nothing special to them. I thought they were too watered down (coffee wasn't strong) and too sweet. I would never go back. To be fair, I did not try their regular coffee.

OTHER- they have a lot of goodies you can buy! Also, they do have oat milk as an option! It wasn’t on the sign of alternative options but I asked and they do have it.

Thank y’all so much for the amazing coffee every morning while we were on Vaca for the week!!! Service and coffee and prices were AMAZING! Y’all kept us going all week!!! Britt Liller, Charlotte NC

5 - star for the coffee, but with an extremely small store space the first day we turned around and never went in because of the packed crowd inside. Let’s be honest put COVID aside; I’m sure the overcrowded retail space was against fire regulations. The crowd was shoulder to shoulder and out the door. The next morning we did go as soon as they opened and were very pleased with the coffee; even purchased several bags of coffee to bring home.
Safety should be a priority; there are safe ways to manage crowds- not packed inside a small congested floor space.

Fun coffee shop, there are busy times and not so busy times to go. Even if it is busy it’s fun to meet people in the line. Lots of latte’s and coffees to choose from, plenty of baked treats, and they have lots of fun stuff to buy. Their house coffee is great if you are looking for something straight up. You have to go at least once. The staff are great, very friendly and polite.

Love the coffee and pastry! Have been there 3 days in a row and today I was a bit taken back by what happened to the customer in front of me.
She was shopping in line and when she got up to place her order and pay, the prices of the mug and tumbler had “gone up” although the prices were CLEARLY listed on the shelf. The barista said “ do you see that side over there that said prices are subject to change? Well, the prices changed”. The customer and the barista (I believe Sarah on our receipt). A very snarky exchange took place. Well I’m sorry, but that’s our rules in policy.
What could have been an amazing customer experience for your organization did just the opposite.
That customer spent over $100 and merchandise at the “subject to change- higher price” and was treated rudely.

Love this coffee place! Went there almost every day for the week we were here and their coffee and muffins/cinnamon rolls are so delicious! Perfect walking distance from our rental and the beach. Also right next to a souvenir shop. Very functional menu if you aren't someone who gets coffee often and aren't sure what to get.

The line is long!! Highly recommend ordering through the app. Also check your order before you leave. The coffee was delicious but we had a few things that were left out. I got the almond mocha cold brew & it was delicious. Vibey spot too.

All kinds of good coffee. Well organized and decent service. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area.

Frozen coffee was some of the best I've had outside of Hawaii and the Coconut Dream Lemonade has given me new reason to step outside the box and mix some of this delicious concoction myself at home. Everything we had at Badass was well-deserving of the name!!

Stopped by for a decaf coffee late in the evening. The coffee tasted amazing, so did the chocolate muffin. We enjoyed the evening treat:) we also had morning coffee there. I had Americano with special flavors (the stire offeres a wide varietybof combinations), it was good, but latte is definitely the way to go.
