Mama Lattes has better cappuccinos than Starbucks. I get the apple pie cappuccino regularly. Mama Lattes has a variety of coffee drinks, smoothies, pastries, oatmeal, AMAZING chicken salad, pizza bagels - as well as vegan options like fruit, almond milk, and more.

Best coffee shop around, best service and the owners are so down to earth. Good coffee and food, wide selection and free wifi. Great for meetings, groups, etc...

The owner and employees are very sweet. The chai latte with almond milk is amazing amd better than anywhere else I have been. There is WiFi with tables chairs and a comfy couch and even a kids toy room with a door for the moms needing a break.
