Sabal Coffee @ MIA Market

Ordered an iced matcha latte. Barista poured a splash of matcha from the fridge (not freshly made) and filled the rest with milk. Came out a gray-brown color. Could not taste the matcha at all. Not worth half the 8 dollars I paid.

Avoid the matcha products here -- they're premade and do not have enough matcha for their price point. The matcha latte was more pistachio milk forward than actual matcha.

love their coffee, but matcha late is also delicious

Team Sabal Coffee!!! Exceptional coffee, lovely service, and as a bonus their store shirts are really well designed and stylish. Chase (the owner) is incredibly knowledgeable on all things coffee, and makes the best espresso in town. Cannot say enough good things about this place

First time I went to buy coffee there the service was excellent. However, the second time I went the person seemed annoyed and Matcha Latte I ordered was not completed dissolved. I had to throw it away the Matcha Latte, thats how bad it was, I felt I was drinking powder. He was annoyed by me asking if I he understood I wanted an iced latte. Not sure if I am going back.

I am a coffee lover, thus I am so picky about it. When I tasted their coffee here, I was so amazed for it has a good mix of flavor. The next day, I invited my friends, and I also brought my parents here. If you enjoy reading books while having a cup of coffee, and they have more interesting books here!

Sabal serves perhaps one pour over a week, but it was well and patiently made. Will return for the espresso, nitro and cold brew.

A+ I went one day after shopping at Balenciaga. I was exhausted and needed refreshment. After taking the elevator upstairs to Mia Market, because I have a bad foot, I made my way to the quaint MIA Market. I followed my nose till it lead my to Sabal. And let me tell you… I have no words. The gentleman suggested an Americano because I was indecisive. And the cookie…. No words left. It was the perfect treat after loading up my credit card. Run!! Don’t walk.

This coffee shop is superb! The staff are friendly, welcoming, and the coffee itself was amazing! The service was great and efficient, and we couldn't have asked for more! We will come back here next week to try their pastries and coffee matcha. We strongly recommend this place as well if you are into coffees!
