Puroast Coffee

Everyone was so kind and accommodating! Highly recommend this cute little place. They even gave me an adorable espresso cup and recommended their favorite foods here!

My family told me about Puroast Coffee and I have enjoyed receiving all the orders that I have placed with this company. With my recent order, I was concerned because it took longer to be delivered than it has in the past. So when I received an email stating my order was complete, I contacted them just in case there might have been confusion with the delivery. When I contacted them via by email, I received very unkind replies from their Customer Service Department, which really surprised me. I guess they thought I was complaining when I inquired. I realize they are busy, and I'm sure trying their best to get their orders out in a timely fashion, this I understand. But I only inquired because I was concerned something was wrong. The email replies I received were rude and they even capitalized their wording. Unfortunately, I will not order from them again, and not because their coffee isn't good because it's wonderful, but customer service I believe is also important and this was not shown to me at all. A very disappointed customer :( :(

I would like to add an additional comment. I received a very caring email from the Customer Service Department and it greatly assisted in restoring my confidence in them. I want to thank them for reaching out and showing they care.

Love this cafe! Has such a great staff that you can tell genuinely cares about your day! They have the best cold brew i have ever had. It also is in a great location and has easy access.

The place is beautiful, great service, good WiFi, and good breakfast options. But the coffee..... it hurts. I would love to be a regular there as I work online but just can’t stomach the coffee. It would be great if they tried different roasters, single origin brands, or implement different roasting processes.

Extremely friendly staff and owner. The greca is extremely popular, and for good reason. You should try it. The food is delicious, and a good value for the Brickell area.There are a few comfortable seats and a bunch of uncomfortable wooden chairs... that I go back to over and over again. I really do enjoy this place.

My salad was delicious and the service was great. Great spot for lunch on Wednesdays.

Great coffee, delicious treats (breakfasts), super cute atmosphere, plenty of locals.

Decided to work here for a few hours one Friday and I was a great place to settle in. The coffee was great and so was the breakfast. The only think I can say is that it does get busy at times which makes it hard to grab a seat. If you’re looking for a quick bite to grab, this is a place you should check out!

The staff was great. Melvin you are so knowable and information. I don't drink coffee or expresso but my husband is a connoisseur. He has this is the best expresso he has had. I love the environment and all the little added things. The cup and small wooden spoon, The experience is very authentic and inviting.
