They all have poor communication skills. Blames customers for their mistake. Never once in all 5 times I’ve gone to order a drink they serve it correctly. A shame because they have great ingredients. The staff especially managers have a bad attitude and it shows on the rest of the team. NEVER Purchasing at this location again. Don’t want to support an establishment where employees hate their job and treat clients as an inconvenience.

Upscale and friendly coffee shop at the Plaza Brickell. You get your coffee from all over the world. And they are nicely adapted to Miami so when you order a Colada they know what you are talking about.
Really a super nice place. I recommend it highly.

Love this place. You absolutely must try the Carmel Cortadito. It's like heaven in a tiny little cup. It will actually make the sky open with the sun beaming a little brighter and birds singing a little stronger. It's a morning "must have" and you will be very glad you did.

The rest of the coffees are also fantastic, but just not as magical in my book. You get to pick the coffee bean as well. My suggestion? Etheopia or Costa Rica. If you like a touch off sweet, but not too much and a delicate flavor, this is the coffee for you.

Coffee was fine, what bothered me was when we got here the baristas were outside smoking a cigarette and came inside and made our order without washing their hands or even wearing gloves. Pretty unsanitary. To be fair there were two of them and one of them did wear gloves while the other apparently felt she was above sanitation laws.

Perfect for what I expect: variety of choices of coffee beans with details in how they defer, quick and efficient payment, and some locations have space to work or read.

As noted by some of the other reviewers, you'll not find pour over coffee, a variety of matcha drinks or in house roasted beans but what will find is a good Cup of Joe to awaken you, sustain you or simply provide a good reason to go out and socialize. Along with that and quite possibly the standout of this location is the personalized way in which they honor your visit. Like the coffee version of Cheers, repeat visits are made welcoming and customized as most of staff goes to great lengths to remember your regular order. That takes a regular Cup of Joe and makes it especially yours, kind of like the new Ariana Grande drink at Starbucks only this one is all YOU! Today's experience was made next level by Iskah. There's something very special about her and it's the fact that within a short exchange, she makes you feel super special. When Ishak's the hostess at the register I'd find any reason to visit for a great latte!

The coffee is so good. The atmosphere is really good too. Great Coffee! Great atmosphere. Good place to relax and unwind. Love the patio, nice vibe here!

I visited the Brickell Centre location for first time, is beatiful but the lack of service and effectiveness and care if their complete staff is just a shame. I was i line and in front of me was a big group ready to order on my left 2 employee chating, only ine at register and no ine as a barista. Afer a while the chating employee greet me and say can i get anything for you? I said can you take my order and she said no I can’t but i can get you started, so i trust her with my choice of beverage, then it was my turn at register and i mention to the guy that i order my beverage with her, they exchange some words ahe mentin she didn’t remember, so i porceed to order, go to the side and wait for my order, i ask the girl if she can pls put almond milk and Ask her if my beverage ia sweatend she responds no I don’t think so, at this point she seems a litte overwerwelmd and just keepa producing other beverages for custimer after me, she just simply ommits my order, so after a while another girl approach me and proceed to ask the cashier about my order, is a total confusion and i start getting irritaded, she proceeds with my order, at the end i got my vanilla chai latte, super sweet and with coconut milk. ?????? Please hire people that cant keep
Up. Never going back and making sure all people I know would go to starbucks instead. Is really a shame.

As I was waiting for my drinks, I saw a cockroach walking on the counter - the counter where drinks were being served.

I didn't make a fuss or anything and fold the employee. He grabbed a tissue and killed the roach on the counter.

Needless to say, I threw my drinks out and will not be coming back to this place. Can't imagine how that place looks at night, infested with roaches.

Great coffee, lots of regions and preps to choose from. My Espresso was perfectly pulled (try the Mexican beans). One of the best I've had in Miami.
