Pasion del Cielo Coffee

After a walk we stopped for a quick coffee to go. The employee ran out the back door to lock the door infront of me saying they were closed. I kindly asked what time they closed and she said 5pm. It was not 5pm yet and then complained about letting us in in front of us. I was blown away by the service and lack of customer service. I guess they don’t need the business if they’re turning away customers.

Very nice location, but the staff is very rude with no customer relations skills. Went up to the counter to order and got a harsh blank look from the employee. Whatever happened to saying hello or good morning? She pointed to where I was to go to wait for coffee. Incredible. No class at all.

The manager Claudia is an insane, lazy, harsh individual lacking in customer service skills as well as basic human compassion and understanding.

She was unnecessarily rude to me for absolutely no reason at all. I am always polite and civil to everyone. She is a poor representation of the Pasion del Cielo brand. I would recommend finding a more amicable and polite manager to run this marvelous cafe.

I would recommend not frequenting this particular cafe for this reason if you want to start your morning off well with your cup of coffee.She will leave a bad taste in your mouth. Their coffee knows how to bring you up, yet she knows how to bring you down and absolutely RUIN the effect.

I love this concept - choose your drink, choose your coffee type. I've tried a vanilla latte with Brazil beans and Cuba beans and both were delicious. I can't wait to go back and try a new flavor of coffee.

White mocca with rasberry was amazing!

Poor, poor, poor customer service. What unfriendly people behind this counter. They really ought to smile once in a while and engage in some sort of friendly conversation. Realize this, barista - you are often the first person I interact with in a day. Don't be so unpleasant and start my day like that. Be nice!
Coffee was good. Outdoor seating was great.

Awesome coffee with a vast selection of roasts. Service is very friendly, price is on point, and outdoor seating in a great location of the city.
Skip the Starbucks down the street and come here!
