Best freaking banana bread I've ever had. Warmed up. Tried going back the next day and they were sold out. I had a salted caramel hot latte which is a pretty rare flavor, it was delicious. The ambience is gorgeous and minimalist. Lots of places to sit and relax.

Breezeblock introduced me to good specialty coffee done right. They are the reason I started noting that Counter Culture tasted amazing there and not quite as good at other places. Great customer service to the point that I feel like a friend when I come back and I feel like a part of the culture. Great baristas too!

What’s special about this place is the passion and care that the baristas put into their work. They view coffee as art and truly pay attention to quality and detail. Very friendly team, welcoming atmosphere, oh yes and DELICIOUS coffee. I love their pastries and the presentation of the avo toast, vibrant place that values quality!

Best coffee ☕ in Miami! Attention to detail... right off Biscayne Bay Blvd, across from Bayside; friendly service. We are staying at the #Elser, so easy a block away. We had the cortados and avocado toast. Look forward to another one tomorrow morning.

This place is disgusting. For starters, there was an alarm in the building that wouldn’t stop going off due to “construction”. It was so loud and unpleasant I couldn’t even enjoy my coffee or my food. Additionally, all the tables were extremely dirty. There was nowhere that I could sit that had a clean table. I had to end up moving to the couch because I didn’t want my food touching the table. They were also out of avocado toasts because the avocados were “too hard”, which I knew they weren’t by the way because they were pitch black. The barista was also weird. She kept staring at me when I spoke and it was a little much. The coffee shop inside ig a hotel is so ratchet. They didn’t even attempt to make the atmosphere nice. ON TOP OF EVERYTHING, THE BARISTA WOULD NOT STOP COUGHING AND TOUCHING EVERYTHING!! She did not watch her hands to make my coffee or hand me my utensils!!! She wasn’t even wearing a mask!! This is disgusting especially during times of Covid and it makes the entire experience so much worse!!!! I’m sorry but this place is just not it. They are trying to make an attempt at being natural and hip but are mixing it with the modern hotel and it just DOES NOT make sense! I don’t even care about how this place looks. None of the staff was wearing a mask and were coughing. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and so disgusted in one place. Please wear a mask and please do not cough into the customers coffee, food, and utensils!!!!!!

Breezeblock is a unicorn in the Miami Specialty Coffee industry.
The coffees are exceptional because they are roasted by Counter Culture, a company known for the highest standards of quality and consistency, but that's not automatically a formula for a great cafe. For the experience to be exceptional, those beans have to be brewed by baristas who both know what they are doing AND (if you're lucky) do it with warmth and hospitality.
This is exactly what happens at Breezeblock. Your coffee makes it to you in the way that everyone from the farmer to the roaster to the barista intended for it to be executed.
I've been to Breezeblock when it was packed during their busiest hours and the staff there is warm, professional and great at what they do. Matty Haigler, in particular, stands out as a true hospitality star. He "gets" that this business is about service and warmth and customers. It doesn't hurt that he is also a champion barista and regularly wins latte art competitions locally. Skills and personality and professionalism? Yup. The whole place is a harmonious, warm, inviting, unicorn experience. Go now!

Really well made cappuccino with awesome latte art with a chocolate chip sea salt caramel cookie. I came for an afternoon and just worked for 4 hours. There is an area with tables next to the barista with outlets on the floor. There was also wifi. I love the decor and the space to work. The inner decor is very mossy and dark and the cafe also has wifi and some plugs. Not a complex array of food selection but good restaurants await around the corner.

The chai tea with oat milk, Is better than Starbuck’s hands down. If you are looking for out of this world service, that is quick, exotic, and flavor that will have you coming back for 3rd’s than you want to check this place out. Matthew is super friendly and can help you on what is the best combinations, also there food is to die for. I have came back 3 times in the past hour because of how good it is. If I could give this cafe 10 stars out of 5 I would. You can’t beat it. I travel across the country and try coffee shop. This is by far the best one I’ve ever been too. If you come to Miami this is a must have before you leave. Trust me you will be coming back for 2nd’s and thirds!!!

Awesome coffee and great service.
This was a completely unexpected surprise, finding a place that makes GOOD coffee in the hotel I was staying in (The Guild).
I highly recommend dropping by and enjoying the coffee if you’re in the neighborhood.

The coffee here was definitely one of the better cups I’ve had in the area. I was VERY impressed. That being said, I wasn’t too pleased with anything else. There was a forced 18% gratuity snuck into the total price… to ring me up and make my already $8 coffee. Despite that, the coffee still took a while to come up and it wasn’t very busy. There were people constantly coming in and out it making it feel very industrial and unwelcoming. I went in a second time to give this place another try but declined paying gratuity. The baristas were very rude to me after this. I’m spending $8 on one latte. It’s bad business to charge so much and deliver poor customer service when I don’t want to pay even more. The coffee here is good but not worth it. Would not recommend.
