One word to describe my experience at Siamo - EXCELLENT. My wife surprised me for my birthday with a family dinner. From the moment we approached the restaurant we were greeted by several staff members and escorted to our table upstairs. Within a few minutes all guests had arrived and our waiter Carlos went above and beyond to make our dining experience a memorable event. He was funny, courteous and attentive. Food and beverages came out perfect and tasted great and arrived in a timely manner. From the appetizers all the way to dessert everything was plated beautifully and tasted delicious. I cannot stress how much of a great experience I and my family had here. Thank you to Carlos and the whole staff for making my birthday a memorable one!

I’m from Texas and I️ own a pizza place and this place tops my pizza any day! It’s brick oven cooked to perfection. The flavors are spot on and the owner is awesome!

Nicely decorated restaurant in Miami Springs with attentive service and a good selection of tasty thin pizzas and Italian favorites.

The weekly specials (Tue-Fri) are good value.

Awesome pizza. They have moved to a bigger location that is beautiful. We sat outside and it felt like we were in Italy. The limeade was fresh and delicious.

Food was really amazing. The alfredo pasta and the pomodoro pasta are really amazing. The pasta its not dried like in other places. The service is on point. Everyone takes care of you not only one server. I give them a 10/10.

The food is fantastic! Made fresh! Taste amazing! I’m so happy to discover this place! Definitely will go back and share my experience with friends and family. The only thing to consider if you select to be seated on the second floor service maybe slower than on the main floor.

This place is amazing overall. Service is very nice and quick. My waiter Carlos was very nice, very quick,, and one of the best waiters I've ever met. The food is beyond delicious and I enjoyed every bite of the food. The scenery is very light and comfortable as well as very pretty. I enjoyed every second I was in this place and Siamo deserves more attention and is worth your time and money. I will certainly come back soon.

This is definitely a hidden gem in an unlikely place. Absolutely delicious. The only thing I would observe is the size of the appetizers which were a bit too big given that they're appetizers. My 64 yo mother would never be able to eat an appetizer and an entrée, I was barely able to. But my raviolis, my dad's dish and my mom's were fantastic, we were all pleased.

Pizza is amazing, linguine bolognese is even better! The branzino is out of this world… this is the best place in Miami Springs! It’s a gem.

This review is solely on their "individual cheese pie" crust and presentation were best part of the pizza. Sauce/cheese were very bland (sauce tastes identical to ragu). Pizza undercarriage was extremely floppy whether hot or cold. Pizza was very doughy as well.
