The employees and staff were rude and unfriendly. Limited options for food choices and almost no room for indoor dining only 1 small table and if you eat outside at the other 2 tables you will get swarmed with flies on your food because they have potted plants next to the tables and people throw trash in them because there is no trash can to use. The bagels had no flavor and our bagels were not toasted nearly long enough because they came out cold and too soft and they put way too much cream cheese like a whole package of it on 1 bagel. Save yourself a trip here and go to the dunkin donuts right down the street

Best Bagel I've had on the Keys.

Reading the owners responses on some of these posts blasting people made me question if I even wanted to give this place a shot just FYI owner, although I’ve read you’re not worried about lack of business lol. Bagel was alright, I ordered a toasted garlic with egg and cheese. Garlic had burnt from the toaster on the edges of the bagel and burnt garlic doesn’t taste good no matter where it’s from. Otherwise seemed like a pretty standard bagel sandwich, a bit overpriced at 5 bucks after tax. If you’re going to try this place I’d recommend not doing what I did and instead try something more unique like their Cinnamon Toast Crunch bagel with cinnamon bun cream cheese.

This place is INSANE. I don’t know how they keep up because every time I’m in there, the line is out the freaking door. The girls that are usually at the counter really know how to make you feel welcome and the back just pumps out food. I hardly ever wait, which is awesome. Awesome staff, amazing food, 10/10!

Additional information: Unfortunately the manager/owner was rude the same as you were when responding to this review. And sad to say you bagels are fair at best no matter how often you say otherwise. So thank you for reinforcing my original short review with your harsh response. If I could give you zero I would gladly change the review.

Quite possibly my new go to spot for breakfast sandwiches when heading back from Key West. Delicious selection of custom shmears, bagels, and the "Just Meat" bagel sandwich had everything I wanted on it. Being from New Jersey, this type of spot is a great find!

However, don't go within 50 feet of the place without your government muzzle! The cashier refused to take our order until we had covered our noses with our masks!! Thats right, my wife and I dutifully put our masks on as we entered and did not cover our noses, as anyone who likes to breathe does. We were instantly snapped at by the cashier who refused to take our order until the masks were raised to eye level. Very disappointing!

This place is super busy and for a good reason. The bagels are great and they work hard to get your order just right. Great option for breakfast if you are visiting Marathon.

Bagels were very good. Large selection of bagels and spreads. Service was friendly. Mixed up one order and forgot an item but they were very busy. We will go back.

Great little bagel shop. The service was excellent, everyone was super friendly. The food was delicious and the Korean pork bagel is a must have. We'll be back tomorrow!
