The food was very good. However, the service was inadequate. We ordered three bagels and waited for over an hour. The orders were all mixed up and people who came in after us were getting their meals while we were still waiting. It was very frustrating wasting an entire morning on our jam-packed vacation. If you come on a Sunday morning, leave a good hour to wait for breakfast.

wonderful food and service!
fyi: the chorizo here is cuban chorizo, not mexican chorizo :) i’m from arizona so i was confused when they brought out my chorizo plate, but cuban chorizo is more similar to spiced chunks of ham. still delicious! but might be confusing if you’re from one of the southwest states :)

Nice for a quick bite to start to the morning, limit your expectations.
VIBE
Unassuming store front on the end of a strip mall tucked behind a gas station. Five small tables inside with three additional outside for seating, though I suspect they do mainly to go. Small deli-style look and feel, they do a lot with the small space they have.
FOOD
Ordered plain bagel with Honey-Walnut cream cheese. The bagel was toasted well, and the Honey Walnut spread had a nice touch with the honey drizzle on top for added flavor and texture. For a bagel location, they have a surprisingly small assortment if bagels, although may be due to limited customer volume (eg. vs Panera).
Also orded the "Shipwrecked" special with sausage and hashbrowns baked into pancake-style eggs, two slices of american cheese on top. A very basic, no frills semi-omlete, not flavorful yet filling.
Dide note- coffee was surprisingly good.
Pros
+Plenty of breakfast/lunch options
+Dish was filling
+Very clean inside and outside
Cons
-Hidden location, almost missed it
-Lack flavor beyond main ingredients

I'd be willing to say this is the best bagel place in FL! Quality food, fresh tastes and very friendly staff

The bagels& Taylor Ham are amazing on the other hand, I do not like the fact that sometimes you can't order anything because they run out of everything. Also they need one great reliable phone person, Instead of her taking your phone order she is too busy chit chatting, laughing and carrying on with customers that are physically there so unprofessional and that is if you get can them to answer the phone. Let's get it together Marathon Bagel Co. I had a coworker complain one time and you didn't even care. You wont last long in the KEYS treating great customers like that.

Overall a solid breakfast place! We had the salt bagel with spam and egg, everything bagel and Asiago bagel. All of them were great. The cinnamon toast bagel didn’t have enough cinnamon or sugar for my tastes. There’s a bit of a line and a wait for your order but you can tell they’re moving as fast as they can.

Stopped in for a quick and light lunch and leaving completely satisfied! I had the tuna salad on plain and my hubs had egg salad on jalapeño cheddar and we were both very happy with our food! The environment here is among the best we’ve seen on this island, so was the customer service. I’m out short time here, we saw several local regulars come in and be welcomed by name. The staff laughed and had fun working together. Sad this is our last day here so we can’t go back but will definitely come again next time!

The everything bagel with chive cream cheese was on point so good! The customer service was a little lacking the cashier was not friendly but I still recommend this place for the great bagels.
