Disappointed, I purchased a chocolate eclair and I asked if the filling was the custard type and I was told yes. I purchased it and took it home and opened it to have with a coffee and that's when I was disappointed.
The filling was not a custard type it was a cream with no taste and the pastry was stale.
Not worth the price.

I was so excited to try this place. It was a big disappointment.., the prices are very high for a smaller coffee place, I ordered a French toast meal and some cold coffee. My friend ordered a crossiant sandwich and a latte. To start with the brioche bread was beyond hard to the point I couldn't eat the 2nd piece I think they over heated and it was a rock. My friends sandwich the egg was cold. The coffee was not bad but not worth over 5+dollars. I don't think I would come back way to much for not good quality foods or up to par coffee. I feel like alot of people just come here to take pics and post them ... Not for actual good items

Went once a while back and the cashier/barista working there seemed overwhelmed dealing with a customer that was charged for her food but never received it. She ignored me for over 10 mins while I waited to order. She seemed annoyed with me when I asked a question in regards to a nut allergy. I understand she was overwhelmed, so I was patient. The coffee flight we tried was served to go, and was overpriced. The topping/garnishes on the coffees weren’t included even though I paid a lot for the flight. Overall the coffee was just ok, too expensive, and the service was slow/ unfriendly. Maybe it was just an off day, but it was bad enough to not go back.

EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF BE WARNED! I never ever write reviews because I understand that people really do try their best. With this being said I will be direct.

I heard about New City through Tiktoc and I loved the idea of a coffe flight. I had mentioned it to my fiance since I love coffee so much. This weekend we are in the Orlando area and decided to try it out. This was 40 minutes from our hotel and we drove here super excited to try this out. Upon walking up I try to grab the door handle and a staff member very rudely said" we are closed" and grabbed the door from me. This was well before they closed. With zero explanation of why they were closing. I would NEVER come back. Customer service is key and they need to learn that.

Best french toast I had in a while you could tell it was home made and made to order even the whipped cream was home made. Will definitely go back. The atmosphere is relaxing and the coffee was great!

The prices are a bit high for what they offer. Coffee is OK. I am big advocate of supporting small businesses but at the same time when a business needs improvement I like to offer my reviews. I've seen on multiple occasions the staff being treated poorly by the owner. I experienced the tension behind the counter and it does not sit well specially as you're trying to enjoy your meal. Overall the location is good for a nice day. I noticed some customers get priority over others. Pastries, coffee and food could use improvement for the high prices. Business owner needs to learn how to treat people.

I've been going here since they opened, and over time their service and food have gone down unfortunately. I ventured out from the always delicious bacon and egg croissant and tried other menu items, but everything else seemed like it was lacking seasoning and just blah.

Today will probably be the last time I go here. I ordered a cappuccino and a breakfast burrito and waited outside with my number that they give. I waited almost 20 minutes for my coffee! I went inside multiple times to check the status of it, and the baristas kept saying mine was next. Mind you there were only 2 tables inside and 2 tables outside at this time, and they had their items already. People that were behind me in line originally came and left with their coffee and food. After I got my coffee, I waited an additional 20 minutes for my breakfast burrito. At one point I was told my ticket never came through to the kitchen, and this was after one of the girls working told me it would be out in a minute.... I asked for a refund multiple times only to be told that it would be out soon. Over 45 minutes later I had my cold coffee and burrito thrown into a to go box, and I was on my way.

This used to be my local, casual Sunday morning cafe to enjoy a good coffee and breakfast, but waiting 45 minutes with no explanation is crazy. They need more staff to keep this place going smoothly or they will lose more customers.

I've been going here for years, and although I haven't been in a long time because of moving for work, it's still the same amazing coffee, treats, and service as it always has been. Will be a forever customer and will always stop by when I'm in the area.

I was really excited to try this place out, but the barista making the coffee was incredibly rude and ruined the experience. The environment felt extremely unwelcoming.

I decided to do a self-care day, which as a parent, is an extremely rare event. I started off at this coffee place because it looked like a nice place to try. I waited in line for 30 min to even order with about 6-8 people/couples ahead of me. Then it took another 15 min to get my drink and that's with me going up and saying I had to leave. I was prepared to not get my order because it was taking so long.

I had an appt for a massage at 11am. And by the time I did get my drink (thankfully they had it when I asked), it was already past 11. With massages, you don't get that time back. You forfeit it and still have to pay for the full hour.

Plus, when I was power walking to my car, the cup kept leaking the hot coffee. The lid was on, it just wasn't fitted to the cup. It ended up popping off completely and continuously spilling hot coffee on me until I managed to just pour it all out in the grass. So, after all of that waiting, being late to my appt, and now highly stressed and slightly burned on my self care day, I didn't even get to try this place. I guess it's not like I had time to drink it anyway but it was SO disappointing losing the money for the coffee and part of my appt and ruining my relaxed state.

The ONLY reason this doesn't get 1 star is simply the staff. They were hustling. But something in the process of taking/fulfilling orders is not working. I should not have to wait 45+ minutes to get an Americano in a faulty cup. There needs to be a process review, training, better equipment to handle the volume, more staff, etc. Something.
