Really great servers loved the coffee flight!

First time visiting and cute little place. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews for customer service. I met the owner and she was welcoming, pleasant and friendly. I ordered a Iced Chai Tea latte and I love the flavor. I will be back to try some food items. Thank you Lily!

A wonderful coffee shop in a convenient location. We love their pastries and breakfast options. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is very pleasant.

I was extremely disappointed and it takes me a lot to feel that way. The guy taking the order seemed lost and after I placed the flight order he said they didn’t have whip cream. Ok cool. Waited 30 min outside with dirty tables, only to find they forgot my order. I went inside to ask and they didn’t have a clue what I ordered. The guy was picking his hair and in his phone while there was a line. I finally get my order and it was overloaded with almond milk so it all tasted the same. After 15min of trying to enjoy the coffee, they came out and asked for my flight board. I told him how would I know what I’m drinking, that’s the point. He shrugged his shoulder and took both our boards. Horrible management and coffee.

We ordered a fall flight, chai latte, breakfast burrito, and macaroons. Chai latte was delicious, we enjoyed the macaroons and burritos. I was a bit disappointed as our flight was ordered hot not iced but it was barely luke warm. The flavors were good but I’m sure would have tasted better if it were served hot. 😞

We got hot and an iced seasonal coffee flights, a breakfast burrito, and a breakfast sandwich on a croissant. Everything was amazing. I can't wait to try all the seasonal flights. The Rose Cardamom one was my favorite. Always look for places with a place to sit outside too which was nice. 10/10 recommend and will return!

I've only gone once now but I need to go back! There are so many delicious sounding flavors and drinks! I got an iced chai latte and it was amazing! Then I saw the sign for the iced Ube latte and wanted to try that, and then I saw that they do flights of seasonal flavored drinks and I wanted that! And don't get me started on the pastries!

Condescending, rude, and a horrible attitude from employees.

We walked in to order ICED coffee, nothing special, no food, the girl at the front counter didn’t acknowledge us with a hello or anything. Instead she yelled out it would be 30 minutes for coffee and to be determined on food. After my better half asked for just a regular iced coffee it was 30 minutes, the girl looked at her and goes uhhh yeah, that’s what we just said.

So being a former small business owner, I told the better half that was ridiculous and we’d go elsewhere, as we walked out, someone from the back, yelled, “have a great day getting coffee elsewhere”

If you want good coffee and an actual professional staff, go elsewhere. This was ridiculous, we have supported this place from the day they opened as we believe in support small and local business.

Good riddance to this place, we will NEVER spend another dollar in here.

My boyfriend ordered this for delivery today and this is what we received. Burnt french toast covered in powdered sugar. This is very disappointing considering the reviews were mostly good.
