Great location and the coffee is amazing! Staff is always friendly and helpful. I’ve been on a lavender latte kick lately and theirs is one of the best around!

The interior is super cool, definitely eye catching and a calming place to sit. I’ve gotten a latte and it was fantastic! Definitely great coffee. We ordered a salted chocolate chunk cookie and it was not very sweet at all, and maybe that’s how it was meant to be, but to me instead of the salt on top enhancing the cookie it made it too salty. We also got a cinnamon roll and it was warm and gooey and tasted homemade and was fantastic.

Amazing shaken espresso. They serve bandit coffee which is out of Tampa Florida so win win for supporting Florida own businesses. Their syrups are 10/10 and serves is amazing.

This is a cultural hub. I always run into my creative friends here. The breakfast tacos are super delicious. We take our outoftown friends here every time.

Great little coffee shop with excellent service and food. The cold brew is perfect every time. Plenty of vegetarian options here for those so inclined. The kolaches are excellent and can be ordered as a breakfast sandwich with egg as well. My personal favorite is the Texas Toast Breakfast Sammy, which I highly recommend.

Great drip coffee. Medium roast. The Expresso was bold and had a nice thin film. Next time we will try the salads. It is highly recommended.

Pretty nice spot. Limited seating and no decaf espresso here, but those things aside the decaf coffee with salty caramel is delicious. I was able to get it iced as well. Their cinnamon bun was very good, and the icing was just right and buttery - not exceedingly sweet. My husband enjoyed his cold brew coffee. It seems more conducive to grab and go style rather than sit here and work awhile. There were a few people with laptops and headphones though, so it’s possible to enjoy some good coffee, tasty treats, and get some work done too!

I eat breakfast at this place three or four times a week. Their coffee, especially the cappuccinos are amazing. Their menu is solid. I get the OG’s in a bowl because I don’t eat bread. And their bakery items, scones and muffins etc.., are off the chain. If you go here you will not regret it - it’s so good all day!

I've been to Brew a number of times, it's one of my more liked cafes in Jacksonville, and certainly the best in Five Points.

I'm generally pretty pleased with the coffee's I get from them, and for the most part they seem to do what they do really well.
My main gripe with Brew (and the thing that sometimes makes me go out of my way for other shops) is an often felt air of pretension from some of the baristas — which is at a level rarely felt outside of sketch comedy shows. I've had more than one ocasion where a barista has corrected me or made a comment that was just unnecessary and/or felt ill-willed.

I'm not a "the customer's always right" type person, but I've been around the block. I believe one of the most important jobs of a good barista is to translate what a customer wants into their terms, while still staying kind and efficient.

I really do like Brew, but interactions like that keep me from loving it.
