Quick service a great variety. Servicer pointed our sugar free and guttlen free items.

So much more than I expected from the signs outside! A full menu of coffee options, a nice selection of delicious pastries (they were making fresh cannoli when we walked in), smoothies, and breakfast sandwiches (if you get there before they sell out). Our drinks used dark espresso, which isn't to our taste but might be to yours; and the bacon on the breakfast sandwich was excellent.

Quickly becoming a weekend favorite for us. We have tried several bakery items on the menu and the croissants by far, are the best! They literally melt in your mouth. On our most recent visit, we tried the vanilla bean infused Pipo's roll- WOW- a very interesting combination of flavors! The employees are very friendly and welcoming. They have made improvements with moving the line through quicker. It is worth the wait. Would love to have more seating outside- even if just benches. Great place to walk to. They would get five stars if they had good coffee. We've tried espresso's, latte's and iced coffees and were not impressed with any of these. We do come for the pastries though! Would love to see bagel option for breakfast sandwiches (currently the only option is a croissant).

Hey I don't like to complain but a warning to future customers. If you order a flat white coffee, don't they just can't make it. Sorry but today I ordered 3 cups with high expectations that the Barista knew her stuff. It was horrible, you have to put a solid shot in the coffee, froth the milk properly and then pour it properly. Todays was undrinkable.

Got there at 9am bought a couple of cinnamon rolls. Not the best I thought they were a little hard not light and flaky and I think the icing was a cream cheese icing . I want to order just a sausage sandwich but they come with egg n cheese premade . Thought they were more like a donut shop but I guess not. No big deal just not my cup of tea place.

We’ll be here for a month and this is the new morning routine - walk a mile and eat an excellent pastry. Thanks

The pina colada cheesecake and salads are a perfect lunch combo! Every time I visit I stop buy! Staff is amazing, friendly, and hardworking! ( I was there when short staffed and the three made it work!)
