My husband had the shrimp salad I had the pulled pork spin. Best pulled pork I've ever had! Shared an apple pie spin for dessert and will not regret those calories one bit. It was amazing! Service was friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was nice too. If you are in the area you should definitely try this place.

Perfectly yummy! The atmosphere is charming. Exposed brick walls greet you with antique doors hanging on the walls, soft background music, and friendly staff with a smile. The fresh looking courtyard with pavers and privacy fence outback is private enough for a couples lunch enjoyed in the sunshine or a group of friends getting together on a day trip to the springs.
The press to handcraft the bread spins is located just behind the counter. I am sure my kids would enjoy seeing the process of making them from scratch then transferring them to the wooden spindles for baking. A variety of spins are available to tempt the tastebuds!
I tried the apple curry egg salad spin with a side of potato salad and chips. Wow! It was delicious. I ordered an apple pie spin to go and no I did not share!
A new favorite local spot. I will be back for sure. Thanks Robert!

I highly recommend Spins!! We went for lunch today and I can't wait to go back!! I had the chicken salad spin and my mother had the shrimp salad spin. Both were excellent!! I had the potato salad side and it was fantastic!! I usually don't eat potato salad unless my mother makes it, but let me tell you, this was almost as good as Momma's, but please don't tell her I said so. 😃 My mother had 5 bean salad and said it was very good as well. For dessert we had the strawberry spin. It was delicious!! 😋 My friend tried the dunce de leche spin and it was yummy, yummy, yummy!! The portions were very generous in size and everything we ate was well worth the money!! If you are in High Springs, you definitely have to go to Spins: Sweet & Savory.

I was going to eat at the Great Outdoors but then heard that the owners of that and Pink Flamingo are throwing the Florida Springs Institute out of their location so I won't be eating at those 2 places anymore. I saw Spins and went there for lunch. Wow was is a great lunch. The place is very clean and the staff are very friendly. Prices are good and the food is great. Don't hesitate to try it. I samples shrimp salad, eggs salad and chicken salad and they were great. We got a Veggie to go and that was the best. It's like be best crust of bread with no middle if that makes any sense. The Spin of spin is this Hungarian bread they bake there. I think they are Chimney cakes or bread: KÜRTŐSKALÁCS. Forgive me if I can't pronounce it as my mouth if full of sandwich now. They were out of cookies but I hear a woman from the country side comes in to buy a dozen and then add 6 more for the ride home. I guess she was in today as they were out of cookies so we will have to go back on our next visit to this small quaint town.

Yummy shrimp salad and bread. It was hard to eat without the knife and fork provided. Potato salad was good too. Bottled water.

Truly wonderful. Food prepared personally with care, pride and hospitality that you can savor in the taste. High Springs is gem of a town! Unexpected Americana! It was endearing to hear all the locals talking at Spins. Thank you Robert and helper! It was a delight to find on our long trip from Birmingham back to our home in Fort Myers. It was just the refreshment we needed.

We were on our way for a 3-night camping kayaking biking adventure at O'leno State Park and after driving 3+ hours from Melbourne Shores we decided to stop and have a restaurant lunch before the next 3 days of camp food. We chose Spins: Sweet & Savory based on a few reviews but more on its menu. We were thrilled. We each got the days special which was a roast beef spin with a side of cucumber tomato salad with some chips. The spin bread is made fresh right there which means your sandwich is very fresh. The sandwich was way more sandwich fillings than bread but because the bread was so fresh you could savor it's flavor along with the fillings. My wife was unable to finish her sandwich so had it boxed up to bring back to our camp site. If you're near the area you will not be disappointed by this unique style of sandwiches!
