Wyatt’s is a stop whenever I am in town. Cosy and comfortable coffee shop with good quality coffee, some nice pastries and even some other types of drinks. Great to stop for a bit, get some work or reading done, and then get on with your day. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

This is by far the most aesthetic coffee shop in Gainesville! I work in downtown and Wyatt's is my go-to spot when I need an afternoon pick-me-up. Their pastries are incredible and their coffee is really high quality. I highly recommend trying out Wyatt's if you're looking for a new coffee shop to try!

Wow!! Excellent, from the service to the drinks and small selection of food. Quiche and pumpkin chocolate chip bread were both super flavorful and fresh. The latte was one of the best coffee drinks I’ve had in quite some time. Employees were super friendly and welcoming. Will be back when in the Gainesville area.

Wyatt’s Coffee is conveniently located in downtown Gainesville. The cafe has a cozy atmosphere and offers a variety of espresso and tea drinks. Their espresso shot seemed to be a bit under-extracted as the espresso shot has a sour, tangy note but lacks sweetness, which is the flavor that comes after the sourness gets extracted from coffee beans. Extracting the espresso a little bit more or redialing in may help good quality beans reach their potential. If you are not used to sour espresso, I recommend you to stick with latte as it contains more milk, which neutralize that sour flavor. Overall, a nice third-wave cafe in Gainesville.

As out first time visiting Gainesville we wanted local coffee. We ended up in downtown and found this spot.
Overall the capuchino was good but my negative with this places was the amount of dust in the lights above the coffee machines. That gave me the impression that they lack a good cleaning service and even more near the area of serving coffee. All the walls and lights were all covered in dust 🤮 if it wasn't for the dust it was a nice location and the staff was nice. Coffee was spot on.

Wyatt's is one of my favorite coffee shops in GNV. They sell locally roasted coffee and we often buy the beans from there. The pastry is delicious (I've never had a better scone. I actually used to dislike scones until I tried it at Wyatt's). Other than the pour over coffee, my favorite is Iced Chai Latte with oatmilk. The staff is friendly and the place is clean and aesthetic.

It’s nice I’ve been here a couple times it feels a tad bit “clinical” like someone with a cold broken heart designed the place. But jokes aside the place is nice. I ordered a double espresso that is so strong that even comes with a chaser (sparkling water.)

Love this place. I have only been in town for a day and I have visited 3 times. Best coffee and the best people you can find. It is a must try!!!!

wyatt’s is always a solid place to get coffee and good vibes at. Enjoy a drink to go or a speciality latte to stay. Try their homemade bakery goods as well, they change constantly and always consistent flavors and taste.

The Smoked Mexican Mocha was so good. This will be my regular order.
If you like green teas those are quite tasty too.
