Consistently amazing coffee (organic, i believe) and friendly, sincere staff. Lot's of vegan options and goodies to be had. Definitely worth a visit! (Or, three, lol)☕🍪🍮🍘🍰😋

Breakfast sandwich on a biscuit, oat milk cappuccino... best breakfast ever! Can't go wrong with those vegan desserts or ice cream either. 😋

Absolutely fantastic plant-based coffee/ice cream/sandwich shop! I’ve been twice - once for ice cream and coffee and once for breakfast. Both times I absolutely loved my coffee and my food. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a vegan-friendly eatery in the Gainesville area.

Edit: I haven’t seen her since and every time I’ve gone back has been amazing, so I’m changing my rating! Definitely check Karma Cream out if you’re nearby, you won’t regret it :)
Old: I absolutely hate that I have to leave a bad review, but it wasn’t an isolated event and my friend was even affected by it. The coffee and food here are great but some of the baristas here are downright rude and nasty. There’s this woman (I apologize if I got her pronouns wrong, I have no way of knowing) who has the back of her head buzzed with the front dyed blond and she is not only always in a bad mood whenever I come in but she goes out of her way to be rude to my friends and I. I even tip! It boggles my mind. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but this has happened over and over again and it has completely turned me off of what used to be my favorite place in Gainesville. I’ll try coming here again in a few weeks but if I see her at the front, I will turn around and just go to Rock N Roll Ice cream instead. They have vegan options too, thank God.

Hip little space with many vegan food options, an impressive espresso machine, a nice variety of vegan ice cream flavors, vegan/gluten free sweet treats. Four of us went to get some ice cream. We were pleased to see so many delicious choices. While the place is definitely hopping with business, the place is nice and clean. Its a small space, not much room for social distancing. Everyone did their best to honor personal space. Masks are required. No exceptions. To Go only. There are a few tables outside. No table service. Counter service only. I had the chocolate peanut butter milk shake. It was really good. Beware though, ask what kind of milk they are going to use. I'm not sure why, but they have cow milk. Everything else presents as vegan. I found that odd. Our whole group was pleased with the ice cream. Two of us went back the next morning for breakfast. I had the breakfast "sandwich" on biscuit. Very good choice. My other half got the spicy chickpea wrap and was pleased. We also got the raspberry lemon lavender macaroon and the peanut butter cookie (v/gf). Give this place a try.

My first visit confirmed other negative reviews. The staff was actually plainly rude to me. My second visit, the waffle cones were rock hard stale and couldn't be enjoyed. My third and my last visit was strike three. I got my daughter a double scoop and the first scoop looked like a skimpy 4oz, but the second scoop on top was ridiculous... easily less than 1oz.
Rude, stale, ripoff.
I'm sick of giving this place a chance. I now go to publix and get 2 tubs of vegan ice cream and some cones for less than $15. That's enough to make about 8 double scoops, about $50 before tip if you choose to get that many at CK.

Solid coffee. Coffee ice is nice. Small space, don't expect to grab and go if you're in a rush. Mostly kind staff. There's an atmosphere, not for everyone but can't go wrong with to go orders. Tons of vegan options. Dairy and non dairy ice cream flavors are delightful. Prices a little more than average but on par with other local coffee shops and worth the slight highness.
Milkshakes with espresso have always been what stands out there for me personally. Fresh, clean and consistent!

Wow!! Had a Reuben sandwich (vegan) and while I am not even vegan, it was INCREDIBLE! I ate it so fast I forgot to even take a picture! Same went for the iced matcha I had, also SO good and not grassy at all! Will DEFINITELY be back, loved the sustainable nature of this place (sustainable/compostable to-go containers) and the way they stay true to their values! ☺️☺️

Their oat milk latte is so good. The chocolate croissant is good. Been here a couple of times and can say everything I've ordered thus far has been good. Nice atmosphere and the service is nice too. Also if you aren't up for coffee, they have ice cream! Would recommend.
