Great vegan sandwiches for breakfast or anytime of day. The breakfast sandwich with spicy mayo was lip-smacking good and the cheese sandwich was gooey and delicious! For dessert we had a lemon poppy hibiscus doughnut and a chocolate peanut butter macaroon. Yum! Thank you for all the vegan goodness!

First time eating a totally vegan Reuben: vegan pastrami, vegan cheese. Speechless. Never thought it could be so go. Absolutely delicious. Congratulations on such a wonderful menu!

Karma Cream never disappoints. Even with the hardships they must be experiencing right now their pastries, coffee, and service are always on point. I’ve been coming here since I moved to Gainesville 3 years ago and it’s my absolute favorite place to grab a treat. I’m looking forward to the day I can once again sit at the bar top or one of the outdoor tables and savor one (or more) of their creations. For now I’ll settle for takeout.

Delicious and conscientious 😊 Doesn't get much better than that! Took all four of my girls after school today and they loved it (the baby loved the pumpkin pie blend) YUM 👍🏽

Staff is amazingly friendly, ice cream is delicious (both dairy and vegan options available), and lattes are gorgeous. Couldn’t recommend more!

We’re vegan and OBSESSED with Karma Cream! The vegan Reuben and Pestrami sandwiches blew our socks off - the Reuben literally melts in your mouth. We loved the extensive vegan icecream selection too (I got Cherry Amaretto with veg whipped cream and fudge, my husband got Pistachio with peanuts). Also the light interior ambiance is seriously such a vibe! Go go go…

the food here- especially the desert is absolutely delicious. the staff is always patient and friendly, and having a small local vegan cafe is really nice in a college town. the vibes are very welcoming as well!

I thought the ice cream was really! It was a bit annoying that literally all of the seating was occupied with people not actually eating or drinking - but studying. I get that it's a college town, but I really didn't want to have to stand on the side of the street with my small children eating ice cream. It will definitely discourage us from returning.

Bout to enjoy my treats! No cardamom or lavender ice cream this visit, but some great holiday flavors! ^-^ always wonderful vegan options.

Great vib, came here for a friend who can't have dairy and was pleasantly surprised by the place. The barista really knew what he was doing. Amazing drinks! (Nice art and coffee ice cubes) We also had ice cream with an espresso shot on top, great cookie sandwich, As well as the vegan ice cream! We will be back for sure! Well worth the extra drive! It was crowded with college kids. But where it's located it's expected if the place is decent. They get through the lines quickly. Didn't seem long at all and they were staffed to handle the customers.
