TLDR: There may be more than one restaurant on site, which we found confusing. We did enjoy our meal at Hamilton's Bistro. It is a small menu, but tasty.
We had looked up Horse Power Pavillion online, and the menu we saw at the Bistro did not match the one online. However, I think there are more restaurants onsite, or possibly planned for the future. The menu was smaller than we anticipated.
The Bistro is cute and comfortable. We went for a late lunch, and it was pretty slow. We ordered an appetizer of Meatballs, spaghetti bolongnese, and a cheese pizza. Portions are generous, and the meatballs were my favorite. My husband and I did enjoy our main dishes. It does not appear they have fountain sodas, we received bottles/cans of soda and a glass of ice (which worked for us). Our food came out quickly and piping hot.
I do recommend, as long as you view the Bistro menu ahead of time (if that's how you roll). The venue itself (Horse Power Pavillion) hosts live music, which we plan to check out in the future.

Man i really wanted to give you guys a 5 but i have to be real.. and i hope you take this an get better! First an foremost I’m not a food critic I’m an average consumer at best but when i spend money i want to get a good value for my money spent, if that makes sense?
Atmosphere was nice , service was “chaotic, and frantic” which i can over look if the food was great …. But…. My wife an i ordered two drinks that were on the menu but not in stock. I get the fact that trucks don’t show up etc but kinda annoying when you have to find out what they actually have vs what’s on the menu is not the same.
We place a food order of a tuna dip app a pepperoni pizza and a Cuban sandwich.
Tuna dip comes out and was actually good just not a great presentation, a scoop of tuna an crackers for like $12.99, we weren’t two crackers into the app and the pizza showed up. Pizza looked great but when we grabbed slices it was burnt on top and undercooked in the middle almost raw but it was thin crust?
Cuban sandwich comes out after that an it’s on white toast and not pressed bread nor did they even make an attempt to melt it / press it??
I really wanted to give this place a 5 star review after everything they have been through but “WAY OVER PRICED” with below average food is not gonna make me come back or even recommend it! Tried to speak with someone on our way out and they were so busy they couldn’t even talk to us!
I’d like to chalk this up some new opening issues but not a good first impression at all !

"The best finger lickin' authentic fish & chips" as quoted by a 99yr old British Nanny. Light and flaky cod or haddock wrapped in a savory British beer batter and fried to perfection. Served with a plentiful helping of homemade cut chips/fries. Friendly staff with spacious outdoor dining...delicious every time! Wheelchair accessible with plenty of parking close by. Thank you, Kate and staff for making our evening a night to remember. See you next time 👍👍❤️👍👍

Portion size was great. Not unreasonably priced at all. My only complaint, and sadly it's a big one, is that for us there was too much oil left on the fish and chips, some bits tasted of nothing but oil. It seemed as though nothing was shook out. Both my husband and I had an upset stomach before we even left, which continued throughout the day and into the night.
I will say the fish itself was lovely, (I peeled back some of the coating and just ate the fish). They were out of cod so it was haddock. Like I said, a huge piece of fish, a generous portion of chips, and coleslaw, (which was really tasty) and a mustard dipping sauce for the fish for $16. It really does just comes down to too much oil left on the food, maybe in a rush to get food out and didn't take the extra time to shake out the excess oil?
I'm thinking maybe this was just a one off because I know they have great ratings. Will probably try again, just maybe we'll get a burger next time.

My girlfriend and I went there last night Led Zeppelen, Rolling Stones, Elton John shows. We both had a few drinks, fish-and-chips. The service, Food and drinks were good and reasonably priced. The music was enjoyable but very loud. Consistently at 95 dB's reaching peaks of a 110. Which made it a little more difficult to enjoy. Once they get that under control It will be a very nice venue. The highlight of the evening was the Elton John show. They were very good and a real pleasure.

We just moved to Freeport and were recommended this restaurant by several neighbors and friends in the area. (My husband is British so we were especially excited!) It definitely exceeded our expectations!! The owners are so friendly and kind. The atmosphere/set up is so great. Food and drink selection are also superb. Even if you aren’t in the Freeport area I would highly recommend traveling for a great night out. Looking forward to coming back again and again and again!!

I had the shrimp chili linguini and it was amazing. Very fresh and flavorful.

I stopped by your restaurant today for lunch, nice building and menu. After waiting sometime for someone to take my order I went back to the hostess area and ask you how to place an order. After your response /tone it was clear to me you didn't want me as a customer so I left. I wish you all the best with your business. How you respond to this will determine if I return.

We’ve been twice. Pizza was awesome! Had fish and chips next time and listened to some great music. Peaceful place to eat and unwind!!

This place is likely going to be our new favorite. Open Wed-Sun with great food, weekend fish n chips, live music, coffee, owners with a great attitude and a "Cheers" atmosphere where you're always welcome😊 Plus - in the short time I've been here, I've seen the Horse Power Pavilion innovate with new events that capture the public's interest. This place is going to take off in a BIG way. Check it out, people- you're going to love it!
